I don't know how that would fit into a Earth city (a concrete trashcan? - I haven't played GoW though ). Anyway, looks pretty bad ass if you ask me

Cinepaint is capable of changing exposure and saving stuff into HDRI formats. I never used it myself though (and most of you will dislike the interface, anyway, since it's a GIMP fork )

So, I just did a little research (okay, it was the third Google hit ), and it appears that this Trojan has been discovered more than 5 years ago, which is indeed pretty disastrous. Is your host using old software or something (or commercial software, who knows )?

You need to disable scripts for Mapcore.

Since this turned out a little into an application discussion: The next version of Amarok will be available for Windows as well!

Yeh, heh. You will also be able to run the whole KDE 4 stuff under Windows (if I didn't missunderstand something )

I think it looks beautiful... as far as how the contrast would affect gameplay... i dont know...

It doesn't. The lighting's fine. It even gives the level a very nice touch, I like it What I don't like is the item placement, where you stuffed certain places with too much stuff, and that the elevators aren't distinguishable from the normal floor because of the lighting and the texture. Nothing is more frustrating than running to the mega health while having a bad guy in front of you, when you get tossed in the air all of a sudden. If you tell me that's gameplay... and if it was supposed to be so... well, then... fuck you Distinguishable elevators with sounds plz!

Again though, not much good if not many people like playing the available UE3 games online. I certainly don't.

Hehe. Well I basically don't care about that. I have an idea, and I want to realize it as easy, as fast and as nearest to my initial thought as possible. Although I don't get to finish something, as I usually get pissed because of the engine or loose the motivation or something else *sigh*

but am I the only one that thinks all UT3 engine games look the same?

I could say the same of Source, actually. In fact, you have even less variation in Source, since you only see the typical radiosity filled, diffuse lighted levels with poor details and architecture.
