Languages evolve but just because a bunch of educators are incapable to teach things... :-| Oh, whatever.

To put a dent in this guy's logic seeing how he's using "time wasted on teaching children how to spell" as a reason....if the rules were to change wouldn't it also be a big waste of time to re-learn how to spell english incorrectly, re-print all the books with tard-english, teachers having to re-learn spelling the wrong way simply because some kids are too retarded to learn how to put an apostrophe behind certain words.

    Word.

That's a known problem of the English language, which confuses a lot of people, but saying it would hold back children is just short-minded. After all, your brain's flexible as hell as a child - and the educator's job is to fill the void with stuff correctly. Chinese pupils for example, too, have to struggle with an a lot more complex scripture, with, like, 5 symbols with the same pronunciation but having different meanings. Yet, they manage to handle it. In the end, the English orthography is just memorizing a variety of ways to write a word and then memorizing the correct one. Hooray!

there you prove Taylor's "they get blurred with all the other parts of the game". quouting Nietzsche doesn't make you understand Nietzsche at all, I'd even say, reading such Quotes out of context and combined with ("stupid") game content will lead so far you learn something wrong out of it.

The actual point to that is to bring people to look up those quotes/references, because they can't be interpreted correctly out of context

The X series is full of such references to history etc. (the boron queen is called Menelaus for example) and every time you load up the game, it shows up a random quote of a philosopher or a scientist.

When you look into the abyss, the abyss looks into you.

Why put 'partied' in inverted commas? That could mean one of two things. If your friend is female, then I'll take it you got laid. If your friend is male, then I'll take it you got laid in the bum.

I just came home from Wädenswil (near Zürich), where we celebrated my birthday which happened on the 26th, and where I slept over at a friend's house. We "partied" at the lake in the open countryside, and, well, I brought vodka and beer and some other crazy guy made space cake using male plants but I didn't care anyway as I'm not interested in "Wiese"

He still was good. Even though the make up kind of sucked, he did his job better than the guy in Begins. RIP Heath Ledger
