i was just wondering usually we discuss tripple a retail stuff here

and i was wondering i was helping a guy with a small unity facebook game and i posted it in the "Work Release" sub board
but there you get hardly any exposure there anymore ( i blame it on there being a diminishing interest in custom maps because there is JUST SO MUCH TO PLAY OUT THERE AND IT WONT STOP !!! )

here is what i want to see at e3 !
-project red lime is in fact next gen syndicate and it looks AWESOME
-deus ex is playable on he show floor and people say its AWESOME
-a new tim schaeffer game is being announced
-tons of 3d shit gets anounced and it gets a loud yawn from the audience
-valve shows us the engine update (see portal 2 thread for what i mean by that)
-ea announces a free to play browser based cnc generals 2 !
-the guys that made machinarium/world of goo/crayon physics delux totaly owns the showfloor with their new much bigger game that is pure AWESOME
-a none sequel game gets anounced that is totally AWESOME
-kl2 gets game of the show award
game industry ... make it happen !

ok new prediction (who says its a game ?):
they will:
-announce a major engine update and show new tech videos of it
-rename source engine to freeman engine
-and make it be free like udk and unity !
-and if your game is awesome it comes with a steam publishing deal ( or some other easier way to get your game verified and pushed through steam)
