QuoteDisplay MoreThe list of games tested are claimed by Cynamite to be the top-twelve PS2 software titles, and are listed as followed:# God of War
# MGS 2: Sons of Liberty
# MGS 3: Snake Eater
# Shadow of the Colossus
# Guitar Hero 2
# Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones
# Okami
# GTA: Liberty City Stories
# Eragon
# Final Fantasy X-2
# Ratchet & Clank 3
# Lumines Plus
Its reported that only ONE of these twelve games operates properly - Eragon. All other titles refused to run, and referred the user to future software updates and the Sony Website to read the downward compatibility list.
Oops, got my games mixed up there. For some bizarre reason thought Resistance: FoM was a sequel.
Yeah the first one wasn't that good, so the sequel as the main launch title....
Two thumbs up.
I still don't know anyone who's going to get a PS3 at Uni. Theres four of us with Wii's and two with 360's/
Hell, don't know anyone with a HDTV either. The PS3 certainly wont go down well in the student sector.

Rubbish little model I did in a mess around, might use it for this group project we're doing at Uni, have to model a roman fort anyway.
Well if its down to cost cutting, then why hasn't the price changed?
Not that I ever contemplated getting a PS3, if I was the amount of bullshit sony has done would put me off their products for life.
Quote from JonMSnipa, I still think the metal doesn't looks like a metal, focus on something less cloudy and more solid, and put scratches of lines and dents..
Agreed, also why is there a Union Jack on it when we don't use that vehicle at all?
I doubt their cost cutting, as its still like $900USD in the UK.
Any programs running in the background?
Uh yeah, this was on the news when they released it, Sept 11th 06.
My housemate literally stole my Wii and played Zelda non-stop for a few weeks. So I'm not getting back into it where I left off (Water Temple) and I can imagine a few people would be doing the same.
That said, Wii Sports is still damn fun for when you want to just play something.
Yeah, Amazon.co.uk sold out both their batch's of pre-order Wii's in under 10mins each time.
I can order a PS3 right now on there if I want to. So either they have a lot more than the Wii's or somethings afoot.
You still can't get a Wii on Amazon.co.uk, 3 months after launch.
I think KT's post could have been worded better, their attitude could have been better, so could his in the responses.
Anyway, mountain/molehill.
Every German I've ever spoken to has been able to speak English, those that didn't made an attempt to speak english and those that could not spoke German slow enough for my basic high-school German to work out.
Now the French.....they speak French even when they speak perfectly good English. Not a problem...except when your in England. They get all frustrated that nobody understands it, then switches over into English and gets what they want.

Need to get a haircut, far too long for me. That was more important than the 60m sheer drop just off camera.
I always thought in Scotland you never got Honours and the 4th year was just the Masters?
I know pretty much everywhere in England degree courses are 3 years and unless you are a retard you get a Hons at the end. To just get a "degree" these days I think in an Honours course you have to get between 35-40% i.e just not failing.
This position is available again as the hired coder...never showed up. Said he was keen to start work and was able to devote time yet vanished and is not returning emails/IM's.
So...anyone?
Yeah, you don't want to see the private school fee's ![]()
Public education ftw. Universities used to charge something like £1.5k a year for tuition fee's, then this year the Government said you can charge upto £3k if you want. So they all did.
