Looks nice, but unimpressive 
I think part of the zomgwow factor of Crysis was that we'd not really seen a jungle environment done incredibly well like it was. Now to me it just feels like yet another game in a city.
I'm sure it will still be good though, just not excited about it like I was Crysis. Yet.

Preordered from GAME for £10 less than the Steam price, both Limited Edition.
May have the bonus of not being fucked over by Valve and their notoriously unreliable unlock times.
Started watching it, got 10 mins in and got bored via the unfunny forced humour. Will pick it up tomorrow to see if it gets any better.

At least its not mega retarded like Silent Hunter 5 and some new Ubi games that require you to be connected to the internet to play SP, if your connection drops you get booted out the game, without saving.
It may just be my memory, but doesnt this look a lot crappier (graphical quality wise) than the first ingame stuff?

I think the MGS series is one of the most overrated series of games ever created. Well marketed and hyped, but pretty meh to me. Got my PS3 for other reasons!
I have such a backlog of games on my PS3 to get through now, done R6V2, LBP at least. That just leaves KZ2, Pure, AC1, GTA4, R:FoM....

Just a normal 1.2 16v car, about average. Now a scooter would get 80-120mpg You'd also die, very quickly.
If its any consolation, it only does about 35-40mpg instead of the 55-60mpg my old one used to do.

Went in to buy a second hand used one that they'd got in for me to test drive from another dealership, then 30 mins before I arrived the other dealer sold it. 
Was the second time it had happened to me so they offered me a brand spanking new one for the same price as the used one I was going to buy.

Aha, a little more satisfied now I've found out the Beta hits Europe via PS3 on Feb 4th.
