I clearly don't work with 450 people, and that figure probably encompasses everyone working on the title, marketing included. The team here is about 200 people.

Seems like we need to talk Koko !

I used to have a 420 W power supply hooked up with my 8800 GTS and my E6600, no issues there. Of course I couldn't find anything below 600W when I moved here and had to change the PSU....

24 season 5 was easily the best of them all. Season 7 was on par with 2 and 3 (nuclear and gas).
Back on topic:
Parts of the AC2 and Conviction's trailers "leaked" out yesterday.

Back from seeing UP. Good movie, a lot more conventional in its story telling and pacing. Very few characters, and barely enough development on some of them. It's up there with the Incredibles in the lesser interesting Pixar movies but Toy Story, Monsters Inc and Nemo are stronger movies, let alone Wall-e
-
Wall-e is easily my favorite animated movie of all time, and Pixar's best work to date. Going to see UP tonight with Klein and mates.

- Assassins Creed 2 to feature online co-op with unknown younger child as the second character
I lol'ed. We have surprises in store, but this one is way far fetched

-
Conviction will be at E3, and it's shipping this year.
Shameless plug: Be sure to watch the footage from Assassin's Creed 2

Congrats HP, you deserve it for sure.
Sorry to hear you were let go Stepp, hopefully you get back on your feet in no time.

As always let us know if we can help in searching for a next gig

Yeah the original "rape attempt" (that's how I remember it) seemed to promise a lot more than this, and once again this is just going to be the same random bullcrap QTE sequence over and over again. We get it David Cage, you want to make movies. Fine, go make them.
I was certainly hoping the game would embrace a brand new way to look at controls, something entirely contextual maybe, modifying them on the fly depending on what you want to do and where interactive elements are located around the player. I really want to see this tried, so that we can finally feel the gamepad is the extension of the character's hands. It seems this will only come through cameras and mimicking in front of your TV.

So what? If they want my $60 then I want a real Terminator! I don't think the average customer gives a shit when the studio was opened.
The average customer doesn't give a shit and history shows they're more than willing to pay for shovelware and shitty games while remaining totally uninformed about what they're buying. The day they stop is the day this kinda product no longer exists, not the other way around.
As for us who are definitely in the know and should absolutely know better, you simply should expect this kinda thing for a game done this way and with this type of studio. I don't know that I should view the product of any studio differently than the studio itself, and for the exact same reason I wouldn't work in a studio like this I certainly wouldn't buy their product until they've proven they're better than my own expectations.
-
Sorry but you had way too high expectations for Terminator then. It's a movie tie-in licensed to make a few bucks, to a very recently created studio with a barely decent game under their belt. Of course it would end up that way, that was the writing on the wall...
-
Lol I remember the days when I would be in awe seeing this kinda quality....feels like it was yesterday...

Best to date

Wow not bad, not a single mistake this can't possibly come from Babelfish

Politics politics....the populist part of any nation will rise against any sign of "these foreigners are taking jobs our own nationals could have". As far as most countries accepting English only speakers, France clearly wouldn't be one of those. Not out of racism, out of fear of not being understood. because very few French have a decent enough level of English to be working day after day with such guys
-
Once again, my work will be there but I won't.

Lol, you just haven't met /worked with the great guys behind BG&E, you're just jealous
