Do you have any podbot waypoints made for this map?

I just rebuilt our clans Ultimate Warcraft 3 mod server last weekend and this would be a nice addition to it if you do have the wpts.

A trick my friend of mine who works in PC security uses is to always have two copies of hiijack this on his pc, but one is renamed to fred.exe

Its by no means a comprehensive way of getting around apps that will shutdown/crash hijack this but you'd be surprised how many it does fool

This sounds like the same problem you are having.

if you attempt to run hijackthis or CCleaner and other tools like GMER & Icesword, just moving the mouse over the programs icon will crash explorer and the same if you goto start > run and type the name plus typing the names into search engines will close the browser window instantly,

Very very nice, but what happened to http://www.lanmaniax.com/maps/html/de_tropea.htm

Any sign of releasing this one first?

Played an alpha of it and its excellent. Everyone pressure Baboon for a beta release. Its way too good to sit there unplayed

You need to decrypt the disc (there's an app floating about on teh internets) to get the iso. Then there is another app that will strip data files from the iso.

Tada, stolen goods. (I'm not condoning this, but the Garrymod results are bound to be golddust)

Mapping and brushwork are top quality as I would expect from you mate.

I'm not entirely sure I like the sky and likewise that the lighting currently matches it very well. Also I have never been a fan of maps with moody lighting. They tend to be far less popular than ones with high visibility. However, it's not really fair to judge these things without actually running around the map, and as you say the compression has def screwed with the appearance of the sky and its a WIP, just spooging out the first things that pop into my head.

One thing I do think is currently lacking from the map is a single distinguishing feature that uniquely identifies it at a glance. I am not sure what this would be, possibly a prominent building, a particular vehicle model featured throughout the map, a plane crashed into a burning building. Something along these lines that in a second will both identify your map and provide an unmistakable landmark by which players can orientate themselves. This kind of feature is for me the thing that makes for a truely memorable map.

Just my 2p though keep up the great work

Ok so its not a mod, you know what I meant. The original "They Hunger" was a mod though right? I remember getting it off a PC gamer coverdisc. Or am I tripping?

Love zombie games, love zombie movies. In fact anything featuring zombies in any way is already sold as far as I am concerned.

Really looking forwards to the mod

If someone can be arsed to take it upon themselves to sort it out, I personally have no probs with them making a couple of bucks for the time spent organising it.
