seems to have the majority of the votes. its now up to us to give it shape. the first question wich pops into my mind is ''what theme will it be?'' and ''to wich rules will the contestants have to apply?''. my idea is to gather all the input in this thread, and to create a FINAL poll wherein i (or whoever creates the poll first) will put our input in.

you guys might want to discuss this issue in another thread instead of hijacking this one, since this option is out of the question (plus im sure people would like to see a contest between now and 2009). also, Seir, mapcore has collectively chosen for the source engine, accept it or move along..

it might help putting your hdd in a freezer for 30 minutes before plugging it in (in a condense free sealing that is). this sometimes helps.
use another disk, install any os, nod32 and insert your old disk into an 'external casing' wich you can plug in. you'll know what is. my guess is that it just broke. its not very uncommon for disks to break after a couple of years.
