I know there's a lot of HL2 prop stashes dotted about the Internet but are there any for HL1? I'm gathering lots of props to reskin and use for maps and since I cannot model myself I'm kinda limited, I'd rather not have someone making new props if it can be helped.

One time these guys started talking to me while I was waiting for my then girlfriend, they then started talking about needing money and before I knew what was what they grabbed me and asked me for money, I managed to get away from them, but it was pretty scary at the time. Nottingham has a lot of crime, you've probably seen the news about all the gun shit that goes on down here, thankfully I've never been witness to any of that and hope I never do.

We're still on 1MB as far as I know, we have a 3GB limit for bandwidth but so far it's not been a problem, unless that's what it is. Are you saying that this most likely NTL's fault?
I've been lucky, had a few encounters with people but nothing I couldn't handle. Most people don't mess with tall guys with long hair, you'll get the odd name calling and that's about it, they're all a bunch of talentless fucks who would run away if their mates weren't around.

The content is irrelevant, they're just examples, some pages for other games on IGN don't fuck up in that way and the main index is fine.
I don't have a clue what is going on with this, it seems to happen on random sites, for instance IGN, a local message board I use and the BBC pages. Sometimes variations of this apply, like sometimes the page is repeated about 3 or 4 times or there's no site page, just html in text format with no pictures. It doesn't always do it either, sometimes pages load perfectly and other times it messes up.
I thought this was an IE problem but it does it in Firefox as well, so I'm officially stumped 
I've asked around a bit and no one can tell me what's up, plus i can't search the web for this as it's hard to describe
