For me it's not labeling. It's about having better communication with other people. And understanding the problems that will evolve out of an situation.

We learned and used it @ school. I was very impressed with the result. I was scary that the article knew me that well. And there was a lot of info that helped me with further progres.

Because of this, we made teams for making a boardgame. And it went very well.

I am maybe going to do the full test. Its kinda expensive but very handy for me to know how to work on my evolution and with others.

I must say that communication gets a lot better if you know what kinda personality your teammate has.
