yeah, it would be cool if you could modify the camera distance on your own.

Hmm, the car is really small in proportion to your screen.

So here we go. http://www.warsow.net/
There is a new version released. The game is really fun but difficult in the beginning.

Or even a button that brings you to the next map.

yeah thanks Defrag. Your post helps me for my dreamposition as an technical artist.
But I guess the schoolpart depends on the school. I don't have a lot of freetime. I work like 60-70 houres
the week for my school. But luckely we are doing a lot of projects so it compensates my projects in freetime.

I went on wednesday and it was really chill. Not a lot of people and enough boothbabes

To bad I only had 3 houres to check everything.

Got the same problem as KoKo5oVaR. I really have problems with starting stuff. I work so much better in a team or just having the pressure of someone who has given me a task.
Most of the time I don't feel like being fully ready to do this and I keep on doing research. But the true fact is that I need more practice and less theory. I am slowly learning how to begin my projects,
but it is a hard and slow way for me. I guess everybody got his negative aspects.
I just kinda solved this problem by looking for a mentor. Because I am a person who needs feedback and I enjoy the bit of attention for my work.
Knowing that somebody is going to evaluate your work and is going to say how bad/good it is is an amazing boost for me.
The true fact is, this kinda depends on your personality. Everybody has his own ways.

Word, big up for mapcore

The screens look amazing. But the E3 trailer really sucks. I hate those kinda trailer where they just dont show something.

Don't know about the attractive part. I think its ok from what I have seen now.

Have seen the rpesentation @ gdc some times and also the keynotes. Very impressive stuff. I like it that you can take a screenshot from your level, adjust the colors and contrast with photoshop and use this picture to adjust the visuals automaticly in your game. And the WYSIWYplay is the most impressive.

This is a story about mental pressure. In this story, the kids are constantly forced to bury themselves into their endless homework by those giant monsters behind them. The children's brains are filled with water that can be heated by tension. If a kid is overstressed, the water in their brain would boil and produce steam, which becomes the food of the greedy monsters and the energy of the whole city. Thus, those poor children repeat their lives day after day, serving as the powerplant of their world, spending their childhood in tragic misery......
Just saw this. Very impressive movie. I guess the students here in belgium dont have to cry so much about schoolwork now.
