- Money is more consistent than human relationships, this is why most of your co-workers will often choose money first

- Sometimes when taking a pause outside, on ten people a guy talks alone and the others make a circle around him and remain silent. Then one guy of the circle suddenly goes back to work, and all the others take the occasion to get back to work too

Quote from Rick_D
on food: prepare the most foul and pungent smelling food products, fish is a good choice, at least 15 minutes before everyone else has lunch so that your stench permeates everybody's food. similar to a cat spraying piss on things to mark it.
30 days old cheese in the freezer is a nice choice too

- Have fun with your co-workers, forget your ego, don't be negative and listen to what people have to say, let everyone add something to the project; also, stay true to the ethics you have in your personal life, it isn't worth it, it's not a fatality you are not an agent of some company, if you want that, go and enlist yourself in the army.

- As a company director, create a new hype AAA project team, hire new people and put them in an isolated part of the studio so they won't be socially integrated with the old team, move also the most ambitious juniors members who want to make a nice CV from the old teams to that project and give them a better salary than their precedent co-workers. Watch them being jealous and do anything to have your graces. enjoy~~
- Use openspace environments to make the team autonomously watch over each other and keep people sat on their chairs, like in the subway where people are sat on each side face to face
-
- As a company director, give responsibility jobs to people who has kids, then pressurise them and ask from time to time how their kids are doing
-
- As a game / level designer never give finished and concrete stuff, stay vague about what you want to the rest of the team, if you play it nice, everybody will be depending on you. When a new project is created rush on it fast !!! Don't forget to give away your last unfinished project to a junior gamedesigner to cover you about the final product. On the new project destroy everything that has already been done and come up with new, innovative and cool ideas nobody can test. (Give to the coders lessons about raycasting and neural networks, also change the game engine for gameplay needs if possible) Enjoy~~
