Which makes you wonder if there will be so much nice line arrangement ingame ? I know that assets made for screenshots usually don't look as good once you are ingame, like this nice savana dead tree, very hard to repeat.

At least it looks quite off lotr/warhammer, and that's nice for a change.

Amazing how you basically put nothing in the diffuse (albedo ?) map. I definetely need to try pbr out because i'm so used of painting reflections/radiosity/Ao on my diffuse map, it will need a whole relearning .

Especially since in my last interview, the Artistic director asked me if i knew anything about PBR. Then he went on a long monologue about how PBR is amazing and i was nodding all along trying to look very interested. Which made me realise there's something important about it.

What are the gradients made for in the roughness map btw ? Trying to have some parts highlighted more than the others?

Well i have to admit, i played it free and not knowing anything about it because my girlfriend downloaded it illegally, what a thief.

So you have to consider that I didn't paid 30 bucks to buy an alpha (which i wouldn't have done tbh). I didn't found it buggy at all, it's pretty smooth actually I think. Far from being finished, it's pretty vague, that depends what you are expecting, and on those kind of *simulation* games players tends to have a lot of amazing fantasies; but since i didn't expected anything that was cool. The gameplay basis is there and solid i think, it just needs content.

Maybe wait for it to get content and polishing. 30 bucks for an alpha is pretty daunting.

Playing Rimworld, it's a dwarffortress with a space colony basically. Still in its alpha state but it's pretty cool

Yeah played brothers in coop with my girlfriend (lol) it was pretty cool , definetely made for that. It's best played if you have a brother though, you will cry TEARS out of bro love for each other. If you are a sad only child like me, you can play it alone with a brother AI.

Ugh sorry for the dickhead answer of yesterday HP, i'm loosing my civility after not having a job for 8 months, it's scary.

Truth is i'm not a big fan of solo fps made for consoles. I know it's very prejudicial, but i'd really like to see those graphics for a game made from something else than the gameplay basis of halo or cod and sell millions. So just to say, that it wouldn't make me buy a console and the game to play it. And i totally conceive it can be fun, it's just me and my black bile. So peace. And peace to those carpentry accident victims i offended on mapcore.
