He'd do that kind of stuff all the time, taught me all these good tricks. Like walking into a restaurant, wearing a suit, telling the owner that he's a news reporter looking for a place to shoot an item. We both had a free dinner because the owner wanted him to shoot it there

When my dad was "our age", he once walked into a school, told the teachers he was a psychology student writing a thesis on children's drawings and gave the kids a huge pile of papers and some pencils. A week later, he had so many children's drawings that he could use them as wallpaper for his entire hallway. I've seen pictures, it looked great. Love the shapes and the too cool to care attitude about 'm

One last thing: Whoever enjoys a good rant, try reading some of Trotski's work. You don't have to agree with the man to love how he tears his opponents to shreds!

Oh, the teachings of Don Juan was awesome, read it when you're on shrooms! It's a great experience.

But anyway, Jules Verne: His dialogues are forced, and he's so desperately trying to make his stories interestingishly by adding pseudo-scientific facts that it gets annoying. The imagination is great, but after a while it gets nhhhhah. Jules Verne is an imaginative guy that would have written great books if he'd used a ghost writers. Also, in his life he has never been outside of France, which explains a lot if you've read his books and still remember

During my years away from Mapcore i've read hundreds of books (it's amazing how much spare time you've got without a TV or a computer), my favorites were:

    Rochefort - The Warrior's Rest

    Goncharov - Oblomow

    Dostojewski - Crime And Punishment

    Sartre - La Nausee

Kafka - Well, basically all his stories

    Amundsen's diaries

    Gombrowicz - Ferdydurke

Hemingway - The Old Man And The Sea

Saffran Foer - Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close

    Kosinski - Painted Bird

Armstrong - The History of God

    Anything by Schopenhauer

Sjklovski - Zoo Or Letters Not About Love

    Dahl - Boy, Solo

    Flaubert - Bouvard Et Pecuchet

Ishiguro - Remains Of The Day

    Roth - Portnoy's Complaint

Houellebecq - Atomised, The Possibility Of An Island

    Tsjechow's short stories

    Ibsen - Peer Gynt

Wilde - The Importance Of Being Earnest, Portrait Of Dorian Gray

And the absolute worst books i've read were whatever books by Jules Verne and Aldous Huxley, two most overrated writers in human history.

Vulture: I love it, i can't think of anything i'd change even though i'm really trying .

SpicyTanuki: Good start, but those metal constructions with the wood on 'm (what's the word again?) are really bothering me. They're just sitting there doing nothing, and nothing near 'm to fix, they serve no purpose and kind of break the illusion this is an actual place. At least that's how it works for me

Now I'm not sure this really works with frogs, (I couldn't bring my self to find out), but I am certain that it works with people.

This kind of sounds like you didn't have any problems throwing humans in boiling water, and actually did. Besides, don't ruin a guy's mellow, it's just not cool man.
