I hate that sometimes when you've stolen something, and presumably no one saw you do it, then 10 mins later a guard runs up to you and says that stupid line: "YOUR EVIL DEEDS ARE OVER YOU FOUL CRIMINAL!" or something like that -> Jail time

I love the idea on the ut2004 map, personally I've never encountered anything like it. Nice and fresh.
