I don't hate my country. I think it's one of the best countrys on this planet. What i hate is the direction that the society in europe in general takes. There are more and more people that i would refer to as trash. And it's not just due to bad education, unemployment, integration problems etc. that they become retarded and do stupid things. Especialy with the white trash you get the feeling that it is a path that people conciously choose to go because they think its cool for whatever retarded reason. It's like trash TV finished its job reprograming the human minds.

Game could use more color and better lighting. Other then that it looks like it's heading in the right direction.

Not a bad trend at all that japanese publishers show more and more interest in western game development.

It's companys all shitting over net neutrality. Youtube being one of the biggest offenders in recent time. On the internet it really shouldn't make a difference where you are and where you come from because the next thing is that news and information gets filtered depending on your location. Good bye freedom and democracy.

Other things that piss me off kinda related to the topic:

Why does google not understand that some people need searches in different languages? It's a fucking pain in the ass to get redirected to google.se or to google.com when i clearly want to use google.de!! And then when i save favourites for the three in firefox it only saves the language settings for one of them so i get redirected again. ARGH!!!

Or why does Microsoft assume that everybody with a swedish xbox live account speaks fluent swedish? Its especialy stupid considering that everything is in english except for game descriptions. Why is it so hard to implement a language option?

Or when i use the german version of firefox why do some websites redirect me to their german versions even tho i clearly want to open the english/american/swedish version and my PC is not located in germany? Fucking stupid. Its kinda the opposite of google. Let people think and decide for themselves!

Yes the website is very slow.

I would also put watermarks on all pictures so that people know where its from in case they save it on their hdd.

And maybe sort out some pictures. Some seem repetitive, showing the same stuff just from slightly different angles.

Can't remember that i have seen a level design showreel yet but it sure doesn't hurt to have one if it's well done.

I don't think there is a difference per se. How you build a map always depends on the type of game and for how many players its intended.

Saw some people playing it yesterday on a big screen with proper sound. Looked really good, super polished and detailed. Gameplay reminded me of the cod series but it seemed a bit better paced and less hectic.

The definition is different from company to company really. Personaly i wouldn't call someone a level designer who only draws plans on paper tho. He is a game designer or mission designer imo.

Think i will get this. Two games in one sounds like a perfect deal. Haven't played Riddick before but i'm confident that it will be a good game considering how much i liked The Darkness.
