It looks nice. But i dont like the lighting/colors. There is so much greytones in the light. It needs some warm yellowish shining highlights.

It's somehow sad and illogical that people from two economicaly so close connected first world countrys can't work in the other country without huge problems. I'm not a poor third world guy who thinks the USA is heaven on earth and wants to hang around on the streets or in a gang and annoying the natives (i mean american citizens, not the indians) :roll:
Hell, if i wanted a "easy life", social safety, healthcare etc. i would want to stay here because thats much easier in germany to get for a poor person.

I'm about to find out if they have experience with visa stuff and supporting industry noobs (haven't worked yet in the games industry and a foreign country).
I don't have much hope tho that i would get a visa. I have informed myself about that some time ago when i applied for a different company and it didn't looked good. I just thought that maybe someone here knows a way that could work, that i haven't read about.

I got a job offer from a acknowledged american games company as Level Designer. But honestly i doubt that i would get a work visa for the USA if i say yes. I don't have a university degree or something. I'm 27 now.
Has anyone experience with that? Are there ways this could work?

Altho i hate consoles i will(MUST!) buy a PS2 soon! The best Football game in history of mankind will make a comeback!
Forget Fifa and Pro Evolution Soccer. There never was, is and will be a football game with more ball control and immersion then Sensible Soccer!
Modern footballl games are just boring interactive movies compared to the original. Lets say fifa is at 20% and PES at 50% then Sensible Socer is at 100% fun!
I havent played it yet but i rate it 99% (only because the "soccer" in the name sucks).

My mom gave a party to her friends once. They all were very drunked. Then came my mom to the kitchen and asked if i want something from the food they had. I said yes. then she took a piece of meat, packed it in alu foil and did it in the microwave. Aluminium in microwave means fancy fireworks
While the microwave nearly started to burn she laughed as hell and wondered what happens there. Then i stopped the microwave, but my mother was so fascinated about it that she wanted to do it again and i had to stop her from burning our appartment
Really i have never seen her as weird before and after.

actualy i dont care too much about working in the industry. I have a lot of fun with modding and i dont have money. I dont work good under presure. Whoever wants my (existing) skills and experience has to face my strong personality
Really if i will ever work for the industry it must be a good payed job, interesting game and a nice atmosphere within the team.

i think you could have made parts of the sights more rounder and save the polies on the grip (since its not much visible ingame)
