I love that model. Great job.

The error means that you get pink checkered reflections the first time you open your map. After building cubemaps it will be fixed. No error to worry about.

Always was jeleaus of my buddy with his 2 MB Amiga 1200 40MB or something harddisc...

The map looks very impressive. The only crit that i have are the sharp 90 degree edges around street corners. I would make them round like in this pic:

I already mentioned Hired Guns. Anyone else played it? The longer i think about it the more im sure that it was probably one of the best games ever (set in relation to its time).

Imagine a extremely atmospheric First Person Shooter Multiplayer Co-op RPG Adventure Puzzle and you got hired guns.

Unfortunately the game was a classic example of how games magazines can fuck up. In the link below the ratings range from 65% to 95% which is pretty weird. Whoever gave the bad ratings ruined the success of this excellent game which should be a classic like Doom or Half-Life.

I remember the game was intense and great from the first moment. I played it together with my friends for a very long time. The singleplayer was fun, multiplayer was fun against your friends or in coop. It was the first game of this kind that i can remember. After that i only had similar great feelings for a game when i played Ultima Underworld, System Shock and Deus Ex on the PC which all had _no_ coop mode.

You both are right but i got payed only 200 euros for it so i didn't felt like spending more time on tweaking it and render it again (took 5 hours alone on my new PC in better quality).

I made this short clip for a job. It's raw material for a e-card like winter/new year advertisement for a web design company. The logo of the company is a comet so the message is something like "we bring you light in this cold winter".

I designed everything and its the first time that i did something with animation in 3dsmax.
