It has nothing to do with the size of the country, it's about the magnitude of their human rights violations and the size of their influence.

The free will or rather freedom to choose is not bound to age, some people might be well over 20 and still be controlled by their control freak mother, I have a friend whose parents has decided everything for him for all his life and not until recently he moved to his own house and he has somewhat gained control over his life. He is the same age as me, 21.

In my case I was around 14 when I decided that I didn't want to have any part of any religion, and my parents respected my decision, at the time I had a freedom to choose that.

And when I said that they were homeschooled because the mother feared that there might be black kids in the school and they might teach them to tolerate different people, it was a supposed situation, just like your nazi teacher, but you still did risk it and go to school, these kids didn't even take the chance. Do you see the difference?

I believe that their parents are smart enough to understand the concept of world and how it works, so I DO believe that they are dliberately lying to their children.

The wonderful power of different views at work.

I despise every military action, you accept them as necessary evil.

Mawbise, there is a hole in your theory about rules and how we decide to follow them.

For instance, rules like laws that our societies have are not for one to choose which to follow and which not. And many societies draw their rules from religions, the mainstream religion of the area by which many live by. Hundreds of years ago they seemed to be the best rules since everyone already lived by them and they prohibited anyone from hurting eachother and going by unpunished.

I don't think that any of us here have been spoonfed anti-nazi propaganda, atleast not in the magnitude of the Lamb and Lynx case.

Or was someone homeschooled because there might have been nazis in your school?

They are still kids, what their parents say is the absolute truth and they think that there is no reason for their parents to lie to them. Maybe when they are older they realize how wrong their parents were, but as of right now, I don't think that they have any kind of free will.

How are they the biggest evil?

Well, first they seem to fight for wars they can easily win and usually they do so only if their own interest is at consern, like how about Tibet? Why don't USA go and introduce their oh so great democracy to them? They have been opressed by China well over 50 years. But USA doesn't want to do that because they can't win against China and frankly they don't give a rats ass because there aren't any oil wells around there.

USA seems to get away with everything in the public eye, THEY FUCKING ATTACKED ANOTHER COUNTRY FOR CHRISTS SAKE! They are the main reason why Cuba is still like it was in the 50s! What more do you want?

Killertomato, do you mean noble ideas like the US embargo against Cuba?

Or the fact how the alleged weapons of mass destruction were nowhere to be seen after the total obliteration of Iraq? What nobel ideas? What?

Are we at that point that just two sexualities are not enough and we need metro/uber/whatthefuckeversexualities?

I see piracy as the thing that lead to this, but I also see piracy as a way to get back at the big corporations.

I have bought CDs recently, and I'm planning on buying them in the future, but I prefer independent artists, and independent record labels.

Besides, setting aside the fucked up thing this is, why aren't you guys fighting against movie studios? Every DVD sold is copyprotected, or is that alright because they are movies or something?

I myself hate raligion all it's forms as a concept, it just is wrong to base your own toughts on some "teachings" of this and that, you basically become a mindless drone with everything pre chewed for you, easy answers that doesn't make you think too much. Kills the man inside and leaves only the stinking husk outside.

And then there are the extremists, the people who don't think clearly at all, people who don't look for the teachings, they are looking for reasons. Reason to hate, murder, rape people, religions that started as a teaching of something better and kinder has turned in to a manifest to war and anger.

I like buddhism, not so much as a religion, but a philosophy, a guildeline, something you might want to think on but not something you want to live by necessarily. And that is what religion should be, about life philosophy, about a target to become enlightened, not about some overwhelming power that created things and is going to eventually take everything away and turn people to demons, something you don't have any control over.

Religion has divided world way more severely than any politics, there are millions of those who don't have any political view but very few that doesn't have something to say about religion.

I have always tought that religion itself is the greatest humanrights violation in history, in certain communities your life is controlled by some crazy belief right from the beginning, when you are a kid there is not much to do, you just have to go by some supposedly 2000 year old writings. And sometimes, even the parents don't have control over themselfs, their actions are controlled by the bible or some other, their community is ran by religious leader, a priest, a rabbi, holyman.

But do I think world would be better place without religions? Possibly, but, passive people are passive people, if you don't have raligions, they are just slaves to something else, and mentally defect people are going to kill people who drink pepsi because they like coca cola, or blow up McDonald's, we have seen this kind of behavior before, some Green Peace extremists, and there was a bombing of McDonald's in Russia.

But I would like to raise my children in a world where people are not defined by anything, not by nationality, not by religion, not by color of his skin, and not controlled by religion.

Same thing that is happening in Russia and China, aswell as in many other countries. But the problem with USA is that many people see the goverment there as good and righteous, they actually believe that they are just valiant heroes fighting against evils of the world, when infact they are the biggest evil.

Well, I wouldn't say that Bono backstabbed you or Eidos, you just had bad luck that SCi had some drugmoney just lying around so they could outbid Elevation Partners.

But maybe this is the new business model we have been waiting for? Large entertainement entities form strategic alliances with game/movie developers to unify the two entertainment forms kinda like Peter Jackson is doing with his King Kong remake movie and game.

    Hey atleast you can dream.

It's every indipendend game studios dream, financial security and creative control and extremely talented people just in the reach of hand.

Elevation Partners (ventura capital firm that tried to buy Eidos) has made an alliance with Pandemic Studios and Bioware to form a new super-studio, Elevation, Pandemic and Bioware invested a whopping $300million on this alliance including future funding. The new operation will be under the name Bioware/Pandemic Studios with former EA CEO John Riccitiello as it's CEO.

Incredible news, incredible, I just can't be happier for Bioware/Pandemic Studios, two companies that have done nothing but awesome games and now they are just about the most powerful studio in the world. I'm excited to see how everything will turn out, and what is going to change.

I bet the same feelings are going through the 400 employees of this combined giant.

I don't consider them Nazis, most of American "nazis" are just plain bluecollar racists, hichs and uneducated people.

First time I heard of them it was in Louis Theroux docomentary called "Louis and the Nazis" where he spent some time with them. They made a swastika on the floor and the kids danced around it. Sick bastards.

They even didn't go to a normal school so their parents could manipulate them more easily, they are like Nazi Mary-Kate and Ashley or something.

Just a nugget of neat info, Prussian Blue is the color of the residue coming from Zyklon B, it has been used as "evidence" that the Holocaust was just a Myth and Jews actually made it all up to fuel the hate against Nazis. Isn't that great! NOW THERE IS A BEDTIME STORY!

Funny thing that all you need to "crack" that copy protection is a Mac, the program doesn't install in to the Mac OS.

Cost is a big factor, but then again there are people who enjoy the bleeding edge hardware, I guess people like me, I die a bit every time inside when I pick up a PS2 controller, the games are fun and entertaining, but I actually like the physics, more dynamic surroundings and great graphics that you can just stand around and admire.

Sure I own a console, GameCube is my man, and I enjoy games like Super Smash bros. Melee with couple of friends, Mario Party is a blast. The console cost me 199,- and games usually go for 20-30,- piece when I buy them used or from the discount bin. I used 590€ for my GeForce 7800GTX so it's a nice change to buy something that didn't cost me arm, leg and then some.

And one reason consoles are gaining popularity is tied to one variable that many might not see fit at first. The popularity of Macs, yup, it's one variable, maybe a small one but it counts. Many friends of mine got sick of the security issues, and tedious work to keep your computer clean, most of these people don't have the time, or the knowledge, a photographer friend of mine was a big gamer and he even was in my NS clan, but then he just dropped the PC gaming because half of the work was just keeping the machine running. It was easier for him to toss the PC from the roof and buy a Mac and Xbox, now he doesn't have to fool around with his computer, he can still play WoW and UT2k4 with me and the rest of the games are on the console.

Sure the fat cats at Valve are not aware of the ever increasing market they could grab by porting their Steam to Mac OS, but to hell with those lazy bastards.

The bottom line is, consoles fit the bill if you are a gamer, I have always had a PC and a console from 8-bit nintendo to this day. PCs do FPS/RTS/MMOGs so much better than consoles, and for the simple reason of two pieces of hardware, mouse & keyboard, isn't that strange? They could grab a huge market with just having M&K combo and supporting them in their games. What a bunch of idiots, both console makers and Valve.
