I dunno bout the garbage. It looks to me like it is in the corner, not everything packed all the way into the corner, but i don't think it has to, it would depend on the winds i guess.

What kind of client do you got for IRC?
If it is a mIRC script it may be that you have sounds in it.
Also if you have sounds on in mIRC (still scripted such) and theres is a sound in one of the folders some one could trigger it.
There is a way to turn sound of though.
in channel window type /sound off
Its probably not that but you might try it at least.
Also check if AIM has sounds in it.

Im sorry Blaz but i had so much work with this map when i waypointed it.
All es maps was horrible to waypoint couse i have to get the bots go get all the guns, and sometimes the last bot just followed and didnt get any weapon and so on so on nm that heres my answer:
