    First of i just jumped in here so i haven't seen the first screens and can not say how the map looks, allthough i hear from the critic that it is good

    So gj.

    When i saw these new screens i at first thought they where very nice.

    And indeed they are so yet again gj!

    But then i noticed the benches (sp?)

    And they are to far away from each other, and i mean way to far away.

    Also it's not enough benches in that big room.

    As you can see in every picture from inside a church the bench is clooser to each other.

    And if you do your own search you will see that it is so.

    I'm not saying this to be a bitch, only to make it easier on you to make a nice map

    I didn't cared much of 24 exept the first 2 episodes and then i got tired of it.

    And now there is a second serie of it D:

    Crap!

    I do like CSI and that navy serie NSCI or NCSI or something.

    The original CSI is best, but Miami and NY CSI are good aswell.

    Oh and i voted 1:st series.

    I installed HL2 this weekend and CS/Source was installed with it without me having to do something, but Hammer didn't.

    Why?

    Do i have to be online again to install Hammer and making it work?

    Or could i just download and install it offline?

    I have a file at home called sdk something.

  • Lowpoly/Highpoly?

    I know i probably could read me to it, and aswell using my logic to know some of it.

    But what is the difference between low poly and high poly except the more obvius of course like low polys have low poly count and vise verse.

    Is any of them to prefer when making game for instence?

    Is any of them better for animations?

    Like if i want to make a cute little movie or something.

    And finally is it much difference in how hard it is?

    Like is low poly much easier then high poly or vise verse?

    Hmm for me it is 2 different games hl and cs and for me equal good.

    HL for me is much more problem solving and sneaking around while CS i don't tend to sneak that much its more tactics and charging for me.

    Getting a good holdout is importent for me in CS where i can defend a bombmap the best, as CT that is.

    Agreed about q3 vs q2/q1 though.

    I thought q3 was fun though allthough it only lasted for about 3 hours and i was pretty much boored with it. Just as i was with UT, but i liked Unreal.

    [Edit]Oooh btw i was talking about HL-SP not MP, HL-MP is same as Q3 and UT, i really don't like to run around and shoot like that its getting boring after a while. CS is different, you have to plan and be tactical and stuff, of course you need good aim but that you need in everything.[/edit]

    I voted single-player couse i truly belive that is the right way to spell it.

    As i believe multi-player is the right way to type multi-player.

    BUT i wouldn't type it like that.

    Why i don't know, maybe im lazy or i think it looks better or sumething else.

    I type it singleplayer and multiplayer if i chat or type an essay or whatever.

    Or very seldom sp or SP/mp or MP.

    Interesting question.

    Tell us all if some one ever find out the proper way to type it.

    Any one here ever tried Lightwave?

    I just tried it out and i thought it was really hard to learn.

    I tried to get help about material and texture and how to assign them and such, and i found very little within the program itself.

    How did you experience the app?

    Also if you have done anything in it i sure would like to see it.

  • What is your favourite pc game?

    Have to come back about all time favorite and most played for me.

    But the best right now would be HL2 which i still haven't played through due to i recently got me a computer wirth playing it on, xept i haven't installed it yet and made it ready for offline playing.

    (I did play for a short while (or maby allmost through it) when it was newly out). Xept for HL2 there will ALWAYS be CS/CS-Source.

    It will forever be in my heart and i will never stop playing it.

    But i just reinstalled CS:CZ now when i have a computer to play on and dont have internet so i could play "real" CS.

    And i have been playing "Deleted Files"

    My question is, how many of you have played it?

    Did you play it through?

    What did you think about it?

    I myself have 2 favorite moments in it so far, one is when i have to break free from the prison cell with only a knife, and second one is when the sniper has a hostage infront of him all the time forcing me to shoot him in the head.

    I think it was pretty good work to get that into the game.

    But what i think is that the problem here is overdoing it.

    Locking yourself into a room and play games/watch tv for days while doing drugs can't be good for any one, likewise if you doing something "creative" while high on coke.

    With moderation almost anything can be good for you, watching tv (learning about social behaviour, keeping updated about the world (news etc), just relaxing to an action or drama or whatever), playing game(learn how to solve different things, motoric (i think its spelled that way), learning language (if you like me are swedish you have to learn english), etc.)

    I won't say drugs are good though even with moderation, couse i sure whish no one ever need drugs, but i seriously doubt its that dangerous if you do it sometimes, of course that depends on person to person and in which state of mind the person is.

    Nuff said bout this, just one thing.

    DON'T do drugs!
