I spent well over 100 hours with KF playing with friends on teamspeak. Fantastic fantastic game to play with friends who enjoy screwing eachother over haha. We much preferred it over L4d. Plus the music and updates were awesome!

So I bought this today. Then went and looked specially for a HDMI cable around my friends house so I can plug my PC into my 50 inch plasma tv to play this in the dark on. Just need to find some time to move my PC across the flat
That said, despite drawing so much of its strength from the license, the excellence of the audio design, the uncanny androids and the sense of the magnificent dread of space put me in mind of another game – System Shock 2. I think Alien: Isolation is the best scary sci-fi experience since SHODAN’s last appearance.
That is a massive compliment in my book. I'll be getting this in the next week or so.

Dark Souls is a lot harder and challenging for sure. Shadow of Hodor is more cinematic and satisfying along with being incredibly beautiful looking.
You'd play Dark Souls for a challenge. You'd play Shadow for enjoyment and a a jolly good stabby time.

I was waiting for someone to post this. That guy a whiny dick, ignore him. It's a good satisfying game. He's playing that with pretty much every ability unlocked anyway where you get pretty over powered, sure. But it doesn't represent the combat of the entire game.
It's one of the few steam games that's actually worth the asking price, mind.

Yes it's a good PC Port. One of the best I've seen in recent years. Smooth 60fps (can drop on occasion when stuff gets REALLY busy) at 1080p with the HD Pack.

I can understand the comments about it looking TOO clean. But on the other hand, having played high level CS back in the day, I just love the readability that this clean style presents, it makes playing the map so much more enjoyable. I think you could get away with adding a bit of noise here and there if you really wanted to and still have it look great and readable.

What I can't understand is how anyone with a controller can get quick rapid fire precise headshot kills with the bow. You'd be sat there tapping the sticks all day to line it up. I'm like Legolas with the mouse in this pew pew pew.
