Whats going on with the hand holding the gun, it looks like its had a 10ton truck drive over it and its all bent out of shape

I'm replaying Quake 4 right now after just finishing Crysis. And I'm quite surprised how well the Doom 3 engine has aged, it still has its good looks in places. Although Quake 4's exteriors make my eyes bleed.

Tower defense maps for Warcraft 3 are great fun! Plus all the other mod maps that are out there for it. I've had much fun with playing them with friends.

I'm with you here. I've so far attempted to play Neverwinter Nights 2 four times but got bored within the first 20 minutes. Same With Baldurs Gate 1 and 2.

Could be a conflict of old files. Give this a run it's a great little app. Get it to clean your system and registry of crap. It may not be the solution, but it's worth a go.
