If they change it WAY more than the original they're going to risk losing a lot of the old players and clan scene who are waiting for it. I'm not against change, but too much change for this game will be a bad thing.

Christ. I've played this game competitively for years and years. It took many versions to get any semblance of balance. I even playtested some of the later 3.0 builds with the devs and now they go and make this radical change of mobile siege cannons. I really don't think it will work like they think it will. Nice light though.

Thanks, Hugh Laurie.
P.S Flash sites can diiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Nope I've been playing it for 2 days now.
- cons
I've fallen through the map floor many times.
The game has crashed for no reason several times.
People walk into each other all the time and do the forward facing moonwalk. First time it happened was while queuing for the G.O.A.T. Totally ruined the atmosphere for that.
One of my quest givers just totally dropped dead while walking along town.
The characters are exactly the same as Oblivion. Stiff, unrealistic and annoying.
The animators should be fired. All I can say is they are laughable. Go into 3rd person and watch your character jump.
The graphics are horrible. Not just so much the graphics but the colours. I know it's a wasteland butt bloody hell I've seen more attractively made wastelands. I blame the hash bump maps they use on everything, makes everything look worse than it should.
The voice acting on some of the characters, mainly Moira makes me want to shoot myself.
It does feel live Oblivion with guns. There I said it. Go to hell with your whine saying it's not.

That being said I have had some good enjoyment from this but I still refuse to refer to this as Fallout 3. More like Oblivion: Wasteland.

The dismemberment is fun!
I've enjoyed all my quests so far.
Lot's to explore.
Quite addictive.
Power Armour is always cool.
How you repair things is different and a good idea.

I preferred the other shots personally.

i really don't get game reviewers. They are saying the game has a lot of flaws and glitches that would be really bad in other games, animations are bad and the characters look like static dolls, geometry is repetitive. Then they say but the game is really big so we can forgive all that! 9.4!!!!!!! Jesus christ.
I'll still be getting it later on because it's fallout though.
That's because they are getting paid to give it a good review.

Why is this fantastic game mode ignored by so many developers? The first thing I do when I see a new game is ask myself "Does it have coop?" There are some developers finally recognizing this and releasing it with the games. Left 4 Dead for example. But I could make a list as long as my arm about which games would have benefited from it so greatly, but was never added. And that really irritates me as I and a lot of my friends LOVE coop games. However I've seen forum posts about someone asking about good coop games and he gets replies of "Counter-Strike is coop". Doom 3 PC now has a coop mod and me and my friend play it to death. yet the xbox version had two player coop as standard. Why? System Shock 2, the last great coop game had it patched in because people asked for it. Why can't that be done today, still? Coop is wanted on many, many g ames but it's never added on some basis that it's "Too hard". True, I can see it being tough with Stalker for example but that doesn't excuse the other less complex games. Is it just plan lazyness on developers behalf or the Publishers not allowing them time to add it in as they don't see it as a feasible addition with their budget?

I loved NFS Underground. I love kitting up cars.

Minor niggles aside, Fallout 3 is almost entirely spectacular. Everything from the graphics, to the sound, to the plot is first-rate.
Heh. I bet he was paid. The graphics? Come on.

lol that Hamster is terrific. Kinda bothers me that there are so many CG movies now, they have kinda lost their appeal now they are so numerous. Like "Oh, another CG movie with another actor that used to be big in the 90's". When it was Toy Story, it was "Whoa!" this looks new and amazingly cool - and Tom Hanks! Now they are everywhere.

It's call of duty...

Oh how I laughed. That's just made me dislike it even more than before. What is this g ame trying to be, serious world war 2, return to castle wolfenstein AND left 4 dead all at the same time? Please.

What I don't get is why do they release a strat guide for £19.99 when you can just go to gamefaq's or something
-
No keep the PP or unreal 3 suddenly looks like shit.
