Quote from Mr. Happy
Unfortunately, they put absolutely ZERO effort into the PC version. ZERO. It looks and runs beautiful but it clearly has a massive console-cock up its butt. The menus are horrible, for no reason whatsoever Game for winows live injects its bullshit into the steam version making everything overly complicated, the mouse smoothing/acceleration feels janky, the FOV is locked down, there are no dedicated servers, there is NO IN GAME CHAT (WTF is people/epic/ea not having a brain? or regular stupid? or perhaps their programmers/ui designers don't actually play games and put effort into their work but rather rely on sort of randomly hitting the keyboard until code comes out), no editor. Occassionally you hear someone's voice, tinny squeaky and quiet come out of nowhere with no indication who is talking but no one knows why. Oh, btw, the ini files are encrypted. However there is an ini decrypter/editor: http://games.softpedia.com/get/Tools/Bu ... itor.shtml
Welp, I won't be getting it then.

Yeah, rambo 1 was awesome; really great movie. Although... rambo 4... pretty decent
Tossup between 1 and 4, really for me! -
I live on and grew up on a farm, so I was naturally curious about this, as any farming simulator I've tried has been woefully innacurate. This was a step in the right direction but you can tell they have a budget of like £500.

I remember reading something, somewhere, that they used ike 60 computers to compile the lighting in bc2.

I watched rambo 2 the other night. Not as good as I remember it

Quote from Pericolos0
haha, can you say what you didn't like about it? Everyone keeps recommending this game to me but I haven't bothered playing it because I don't like scary games

It tried too hard for my tastes, and takes itself too seriously as well. It immediately tried to set the tone in the first seconds of the game by trying to scare you, but just made me roll my eyes. But having been spoilt by more sophisticated games like amnesia and system shock 2 it just doesn't do anything for me. As for the gameplay, my arch nemesis of "press button not to die" appears and got me killed within the first section (about 40 seconds into the game) because I couldn't actually see it telling me to do so, (comes up in that real time gui hud thing that moves with the camera and the camera was jiggling around and moving with a monster on me) as I had no idea about it until then. It's also incredibly repetitive and predictable to boot.
What I can recommend though is its production values.
