Drop that crappy intel and get yourself an FX 8350 Black. It's newer, it's better and it's cheaper and it loves eating everything you put infront of it.

Keep that 3TB seagate and just install windows and all your immediate programs onto the SSD. The ram and gfx card are fine.

I'm not saying it wasn't there, as it was, in small instances. But with this new thief 4 stuff it looks way too much and too different from what Thief is supposed to look like in my opinion.

It's base is medieval with Victorian, Gothic and steam punk mixed in to it.

Diablo wasn't fine though - It was a poor game with awful DRM.

And why should we have to wait a few weeks anyway to be able to play a single player game properly?

Go look at thief. Where did it look Gothic apart from the cathedral level?

I'm not gonna defend always online DRM though, it's pretty stupid but from what I've read it's just the way the whole social aspect of the game is designed, and you can't get around the servers for that (+ some of the simulation is server side apparently?). A bit of a dodgy design choice but with their focus on the mainstream market I see what they chose to do it.

I love sim city but why should I put up with this bullshit DRM? The straw that broke the camels back for me was Diablo 3. I find myself constantly buying games I love but then torrenting them anyway to just get around their retarded DRM.

And thief was never "gothic" - it was steampunk mixed with medieval.
