I want DUKE Nukem, not DYKE Nukem. I want my sexist pig overly macho jerkass action hero on steroids. Not some wannabe tank girl.

I LOVE TRIVIA

If I wanted to tap out of life, and I admit I have a few times, I wouldn't want to do it in such a way like that. I don't want to be scraped off of the front of a train and have bits of me dropped into a plastic bag.

So... I just re-installed Diablo 3, last night infact and played for over 2 hours as a Daemon Hunter. I haven't played since 2012 with my level 53 Barbarian (I put 85 hours into him) And.. yeah. I like the changes. It feels a lot more "whole" than it did back when I was last playing it. The things I don't like are still kinda there for the most part, though those are 80% cosmetic but the game itself is more fun to play, and that's cool. I just wish the game on release had been more like this.
The only thing about the patch I'm not so sure about are the difficulty levels, that just seemed like a bit of a lazy shortcut to me.
And I would like to buy Reaper of Souls, but I want to buy a hard copy of it to match my hard copy of D3 but it seems a bit overpriced to me at the moment, my ocd refuses to let me get a digital version from a key site

edit: Also 1000th reply, where's my prize?

A real shame. I hope he's at peace now, though. He always looked like a tortured soul, albeit it an inspirationally brilliant one.
I'll treasure this picture that I have on my wall even more now.

Yes.
I think that the liberties they took in episode 5 were for the better but last night was the first time the show disappointed me.
QuoteThey end the third season with an epic speech about how she's gonna safe Theon. Then they start this episode with yet another speech on why they will safe Theon and then we get a 30 second fight and she claims he's dead. However you put it, that was pretty fucking lame and crappy storytelling.
Indeed, Dinklage saved this episode.
However the liberties they are taking are already starting to show some cracks. A bit premature for sure, but still.
QuoteYeah this never happens in the book, ok fine, I can live with this deviation again. But what REALLY made me shout at the TV was the super hard cut at the end. One second we're in the keep fighting (also it's really narrow and cramped, the ironborn are three abreast with shields, ramsays men have fuck all and he's topless and just wildly swinging his weapons, I'm no combat specialist but the guy with the shield he was hitting could of easily killed ramsay but he still manages to win... no) then the next second the ironborn are back in the boats leaving and I'm sat there thinking if the file skipped a few seconds and was corrupt. NOPE.
Ramsay and Theons bath scene was good, though. Very tense I liked that. That should of been the whole section, not that silly... stuff. Bah.

First part wasn't what I'd hoped it to be (HBO writers taking big liberties again) and was feeling a bit meh about it all and I was fearing for the worst - then Dinklage came and saved the god damn day.

I'm gonna piss myself when this turns out to be good old fashioned fun watching. For once I'm not being the cynical ass here

-
I guess if they're going to this much effort for the outside locations then the dungeons wont be copy pasted like the last one

-
Yeah you're right. I need to stop being stuck in 1999... even though it's really cool there.
-
I've lost interest already. Hearing the word "free" just makes me worry. But if the community is making it, maybe they will copy paste UT99. Hooray!

I do love blizzards art style I have to say. But I guess everyone does?

This is what single life does to you

After UT99 it slowly began to get more heavier and more bloated. It became more about the tech (As most things do) rather than the game. I'm far too cynical a person, but I sure would like them to remember what made UT99 as great as it was and bring that back.
