CSGO was updated yesterday evening and I'm not able to connect to the server atm.
I'd consider removing the clip brushes surrounding the map and making it possible for players to fall to their death (like vertigo and agency). They feel a bit limiting, especially since they're moved a lot "inwards" in places, like here:

Spot the ladder
Without bots using it, I would probably never had noticed the ladder.

Very shiny door, doesn't fit with the rather gritty look of the map.

Weird shadows on this panel. Not sure what's causing it, but maybe "Ignore surface normals" could fix this, since these models are $nocull iirc. Just pointing it out, it's a very minor thing ![]()

Overlapping materials.

Same.

Intentional spot?

Last but not least, I think the readability was a bit poor in some areas. It really depends on the location a bit. For example, CTs are harder to spot in the covered (lowest level) parts of the map, while the Pirate models are sometimes hard to read in front of some of the upper deck areas (mainly containers and the like).

Improving readability on the map by changing lighting and textures is a lot of work, but maybe changing the player skins could go a long way. I think Phoenix and ST6 are the best alternatives for what you have now. Anyway, I'm not sure if that is just me, maybe other people have less trouble with it.

Overall, you really nailed the theme, the visuals are stunning and you got a solid map right there
Good job!

Really professional work. Sadly the guys at Valve are by far not as professional at handling the workshop...
Found some little things: http://imgur.com/a/uVOxU
I had a great time playing with you and the other folks ![]()

I believe Yanzl (partially) copied the text from an actual German sign, so blame them! More seriously, no idea what the mistakes are, but feel free to point them out (unless they're too funny to remove ;))
Thanks for the feedback!
So apparantly you can get out of the map ![]()

The workshop manipulation issue is now on Reddit too.
And 3kliksphilip made a video about it as well.
Strange stuff is happening on the Workshop lately. Map ratings suddenly dropping super low in a matter of minutes, going from 5 to 3 stars, etc. Seems like Forlorn is suffering from this as well ![]()
We've probably found what's causing it. Thanks for the feedback, guys! Update is planned later today.
Thanks for the feedback Klassic. I'm looking into that missing texture bug. It is packed into the bsp though and it seems it's only happening to some people (correct me if I'm wrong, anyone). What are your specs?
Quote from RivFader3 hours ago, RivFader said: This is the new visual standard for CSGO maps, by far the most impressive looking map I have seen so far. I'm just stunned. Looks like an amazing layout as well, this has huge potential.
However, I also found two instances of textures bugging out on my (I admit, very old) desktop PC when I was running around. But still, 10/10 release.
What are your specs, RivFader?
Here's the overview btw:

No idea. Must be the time of the year, I think ![]()
Congratz! It looks great ![]()
I ran around in your map and it's simply incredible. The screenshots don't do it justice at all.
You really nailed the theme, made me feel like I was on an Austria holidays again ![]()
I can't really comment on the gameplay with just botplay, but it surely looks interesting imo.
Only one critic: it lacks hurg.
I hope to see this in the next operation!
What Motanum said, except that porting to a non-valve game would be a no-go (at least without proper permission).
@Radix will this map be finished by the 20th? ![]()
Lights can not be named in CSGO, because that basically means they're switchable and it creates these lightmap errors. Gmod runs on a different version of the source engine, which does support this.

Now(2016-7-6) the hammer compile will stuck in portalflow, why ?
light_exe setting:
-textureshadows -StaticPropLighting -game $gamedir $path\$file
Sounds like you maybe didn't optimise your map properly.
Did you func_detail stuff the way it should? Did you build a big hollow cube around your map to seal it?
Well played, Wales! I'm hoping for a Wales - Iceland final ![]()
How do you get these?
