The server is located in NYC, so you Euro's might get decent pings. I'm in Ontario, Canada and I usually ping under 30.

Your buildings are too flat, try making the lower levels without windows, as normal apartment biuldings don't usually have apartments on the first floor, it looks odd to have windows on ground level.
