Giving a second chance to Game Of Thrones.

Forst time I only watched the first four episodes, watched the first three today. Will definitely watch more this time :)

I did the same, three episodes. Then i quit.

Got sick, watched some more and i had suddenly watched all seasons in a week. :) It is really great.

So, what are your training and diet programs?

    It's no training. I power-walked 5 km's 2 times then i have had zero time for it (single-father with my kids full-time).

I eat oatmeal or quark (i have no idea if that is translated correctly), for breakfast. Lunch is 1dl wholegrain-pasta with meat, sometimes i eat without the pasta. 1 Chicken filét with vegetables.
Also, sometimes i skip and eat 2 boiled eggs if im not that hungry. Drinking alot of water.

I know it sounds like not enough food but i am not that hungry anymore. My goal is to start working out more at home soon but i gotta afford some weights .

Ate a donut this saturday, my sister brought some for me while visiting so i could not resist it. Felt like i was getting high on dope, damn sugar!

Played the beta on Xbone, Was kinda disappointed in the amount of missions availible in the beta, after 2 hours all we had left was entering the dark zone, wich was like being fucked up the ass for a while until we managed to get away and hide. After that it was pretty fun sneaking, hiding from bigger groups or chasing single-players down just to extract our loot with a high-pulse doing it. Intense!

First mission (Madison Square Garden), was amazing and great fun. Re-played it on hard with my brother and we had alot of trouble clearing it, some really intense firefights!

I liked the upgrade system and loot system (Diablo-ish), finding a shotgun and flanking enemies while they are supressed by my friends was great fun.

I know it's only a beta, but felt more like a really stripped-down demo! If the full product has tons of missions i will certanly buy this game. It is beautiful and fun, controls are good and the biggest problem i really had with the beta is that i wanted more. 5/7.

The fact that they built props like the Millenium Falcon and such and did not use CGI as much as the prequels did made this movie into one beautiful movie. The air-battles was great, i loved the new characters and humor they put in. Kylo Ren is a heartless bastard and i think he will have to become even more ruthless and evil in the next episode.. I think we might see clones, instead of stormtroopers, as they talked about it in the movie. Three times i almost had tears in my eyes during the movie. After Rey and Finn escape from Jakku i realize the right people made a new Star-Wars movie. Han-Solo scene also made me sniff and almost cry, fuck you Kylo Ren! And lastly, the light-saber duel in the woods, winter, red and blue light. Simply beautiful.

It IS the same as the old ones, but different. If you do not like it i feel sorry for you, for me, it was one hell of a ride from the beginning to the end and i was living the Star-Wars universe for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not many movies makes me forget about the surrounding world like this one did.

    EZ

Three trainings a week can be fine. You can start back with two or three weeks of full body training to get your body back on tracks. There, mainly practice polyarticular mass exercices (ask to people at the gym or google it(don't know if you've already done bodybuilding or not)). By doing this, you'll find exercices that fit you well, the ones you like or like. Write it down and keep them in mind, you'll build your true train with them.

After theses two or three weeks, you can start a split program on three days a week. I would split the body training like this :
    Training 1 : Pectoral / biceps / Abs
    Training 2: dorsal/triceps
    Training 3: Legs / shoulders

For each training, first of all, warm your body up!
Then, the two first exercices must be polyarticular mass exercices. This is the best way to gain body mass. Two warm-un exercices and the 4 series of 8 to 12 reps. It's not really useful to count the reps. This way you'll meet miss congestion, and you'll love her.

For the big muscles groups, The second exercice must be a polyarticular mass exercice. (pectoral, dorsal, legs).
For the little muscles groups (shoulders, biceps, triceps, calves, abs) , you can do a new polyarticular mass exercice or an insulation exercice.

For the big muscles groups, The third exercice must be a polyarticular mass exercice. (pectoral, dorsal, legs). You can also do isulation exercices for all the muscles groupes but the big one will be more difficult to work out on isolation. 4 series of 10 to 15 reps
    Same for the fourth exercices.

Firth series, same but you can do more reps and take less rest.

    Finally, stretch your body !!!

For the diet, you have to decrease :
    - the salt, the white bread, white pasta and rice, dairy products, prepared dishes full of salt, sodas, biscuits, sugars etc
Why salt? Salt causes water retention and make syou thirsty so you drink sodas or beers.

Select : whole-wheat cerals pasta, rice and bread, eat more and more fruits and vegetables, fowl meat, meat, meat and meat, eggs and finally, fish.

This can be progressive 'cause it can be tough to follow.

    You'r good to go.

    Thanks man!!

Really got me pumped for actually doing this. Since there is X-mas coming i will postpone my start untill the 25th of December, new years is overrated anyway :P

Would love to get recipes for meals if anyone would like to share?
