It really is a simple rule, if you can't afford something, you don't get it. Why is it any different for software than stealing something from a shop? the answer is because it's simply easier to do.

Most professional development studios out source work, but they are to certain guidelines on a per project basis. There is a small market for amature developers (I think) but the problem being they usually don't have much money to spend - if any at all!

If you could produce a real high quality set of generic everyday items it might sell, as they are the most likely to be outsourced.

I prefer doing a combination of CV activities. Running machine, bike, rowing and cross trainer. Rather than going outside and jogging Suppose if you're looking to get "fit" inside then playing a sport you enjoy is the best way. Tennis is particually good, you move as much as you want to really.

I'm sure you can find some friends who do things like badminton/tennis/football. A few hours of that every week would do you just as much good (if not more) than just jogging

May I just point out, when you buy a game, cd or film you don't buy the rights to do anything with it, other than follow the rules which most people blindly avoid. The software itself never belongs to you. Only the hardware ... and rightly so IMO.

Don't make the mistake of confusing money parted with being able to do what you want with something.

I don't give a monkey about DRM, I can't remember any siatuation in the past where I've needed to install a game more than 3 times.

Just for the record, I don't think that limiting installs is the right option, at least not a number like 3 or 5. I would do something like 10.
