You are getting FREE. QUALITY. CONTENT.
The gameplay is not going to get better with more player models.
Yup. I like the game better with only one player model for each team. It's less confusing to someone like me who doesn't play CS enough to instantly recognize, out of 8 or 10 skins, who's a T or a CT. Besides, more player models/skins = more memory consumed.

I like it, though the first looks a little to saturated and the second looks a little too grainy.

Ditch that Mac, keep the monitor.

Wow! Very creative. If only you could specify directional gravity fields so that you could walk upside down and sideways along the paths. That would solve the connectivity issues too since you could just curve the dead ends around vertically to higher platforms. Heck, create some sort of mobius-type surface and you could be running around underneath a platform someone is on the other side of.
You could do that in Serious Sam's engine. Just sucks that it's DM blew. Co-Op was nice though.
Nice looking map by the way.

UT2004 is the fastest and most twitchy, Quake3 is a better game for DM.
I like Q3 for DM and UT2004 for all other gametypes.
-
I want that modular PSU.

Quake3 is the best multiplayer DM FPS. No other multiplayer DM FPS game tops the skill and stategy required to be truely good at Quake3.
I'd play Q3 over CSS/HL3DM anyday.

Now for something completely different.
So I made an Onslaught map in UT2k4 one day out of shear bordom and wondered, "How big can I make it?"
I create a terrain; 2048x2048 heightmap (biggest I can go) and scale it to fit the grid in UnrealEd. I placed the main actors for the ONS gametype; some vehicles, powernodes, powercores, playerspawns, etc. I save the map and check the file size, which ends up being like 22 megs just because of the stoopid huge heightmap and alphamaps.
I load it up and spawn in one corner of the map, red team I think.
It takes me 6 minutes to diagonally cross the map. In a Raptor.
Fsck Source and fsck D3. Haha bitches.

It's not really a matter of "they have no talent" as much as it is you guys just don't like that style of music. I don't either. But take away all the digital post-preduction studio enhancements and tell them to sing without having to dance at the same time, and you'll find that they can sing well. Maybe not as well as someone extremely vocally talented, like Celine Dion or those three tenor guys for instance, but well enough for them to have gotten into the music industry.
Most of them lip sync only because they have to dance at the same time. It's super hard to do and have it sound good. Why do you think the CD version sounds better than the live version? Because they didn't have to dance in the studio during the recording. But then, by chance one night, the show screws up due to some sound system error and suddenly they're the worst, most talentless singer in the world.
I dislike the teen pop style of music as much as the next guy here, but I'll bet that given the chance and the right setting, most of the teen pop singers could sing better than most of the singers you guys listen to.

All that aside, those vids are fuuny.

Looks great, but the one thing that urks me is that the big rock pillar with the other rock brush on top blends into grass at the top of the brush then abruptly goes to rock again. O_o
Layout/design looks very UTish. I like.
