    Hans Zimmer, check

    Christopher Nolan involved, check

    Russel Crowe, check

    Zack Snyder, check

It's gonna be awesome, even if superman is a really boring hero.

I don't think you're allowed (browser security) to open a new tab programatically. Closest solution would be (as you say) to open up popups.

    But popups aren't tabs.

They've not sold 1 million bundles yet. How many bundles are usually sold?

I bought one, mostly in the hopes that thq will make it. They've been a part of some great games.

The style, direction, hot chick, morgan freeman and the music makes me wanna see this movie. I'm just hoping all that will overshadow the image of Tom Cruise jumping on a sofa while farting out of his mouth.

Because to me, he cant play a role that Immerses me in a movie. He will always be Tom Cruise.

click View New Content and then when the list of new content appears you click with the scroll button on the stars/circles to the left of the threads.

But its a bit bugged and will sometimes take you to the first page.... :/

You're not the only one. I am always using the "read latest post" but almost always get directed to the first post if its on old thread like the WIP pictures thread.

Wait, are you guys saying that a Crytek game could potentially lose sales due to HW requirements?

    nope, not anymore.

Its the dx11 minimum requirement that is going to hurt their sales I think.

edit; actually. about 50% of the market already has dx11, so maybe it's a good decision.

Dust.. You mean the layout that the guy just made up without testing? Lol

Truth is, making a map without a layout in mind is a bad habit, if you don't release a piece of crap, nobody will care.

Edit: don't want to turn this into a big derail of Baboon's thread tho

Taken from counterstrike wiki (i have no idea about the validity of the source here)

Originally called cs_destiny, much of the elements of the screenshots were recreated in the map, as well as some extra areas that were constantly changed around. Later on, bomb sites were added and rearranged. During map testing, the name was changed to de_dust.

So it looks like he did do some play testing as areas were constantly changed around and added and rearranged. But then again, The levels were pretty blocky so making changes to the "finished look" on dust would have to be pretty super easy. But its made by a guy who knew what he was doing (seeing as he managed to repeat his success twice).

its because they know that the map isn't gonna be played more than dust2 so its basically just a portfolio piece... ?

    meh i dunno

This is getting more awesome every day.

I noticed you had two buttons for "Show NoDraw" and "Hide NoDraw". Would probably make sense to turn this into a toggle button?

When you move the offset around in the texture tool by using the scene editor handle, can you also hold down control to make it use the grid? So that the numbers dont get all distorted with 1.0000049324824 instead of 1?

The CPBO button is hard to decipher and it looks like all it does is create a parent? Instead of introducing new terms like Compound, why not just call it what it does?

You also jumble up the term Edit Mode and Edit Level quite a bit. I think what you are saying is more correct than what is stated in the ProBuilder. Meaning that when you say "Vertext Mode" or "Geometry Mode", this makes more sense than the editor window saying "Editing Level". It should probably be changed to "Selection Mode" instead. I would also try to mimic the Selection Mode buttons in unity so that the user understands them quicker.

    edit;

It would also be sweet to see the remaining feature list, because as warby mentioned previously the clipping (cut) feature is sorely missing. (I used that all the time in VHE). Not to be confused with the carve tool which is a big nono. https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Hammer_Clipping_Tool

Also I was wondering if this tool does any automatic batching with the textures like automatically putting smaller textures that are used on a object together in a big 2048x2048 texture or something for faster load times and lesser draw calls?
