It's the same armor (as in both are BoS power armors), but the new one doesn't look any good, you can say that it doesn't have the right feel to it, it looks more like a bad ass evil guy than the saviors of the planet!

I don't think he is right by far. Look at the graphics, they aren't impressive compared to ET: QW, Crysis or UT2k7, they aren't even close. The graphics look very much like todays (or 2004 if you like). The weapon and power armor, it simply can't be first person view when the game is suppose to ship in fall 08 with DX10 and all the hot new things.Am I wrong?
How can it look more like the power armor? The one I posted on the top is the original BoS power armor. The one in the trailer is exactly the same as the one on the Gameinformer cover...
Are you blind or you aren't able to remember the BoS armor (which is what it is, look at the chest plate)?

I think the graphics show that it will be atleast third person, hopefully isometric with zoom and such. If not, Beth have a long way to come before they can call it next gen.

That Citadel thingy, is probably just the side of a building. The monument looks almost perfect in one of the concept arts that they used in the countdown.

The concept art isn't even Fallout-ish. It's just nice post apocalyptic art (and I've seen better).
And it's pretty clear that Fallout 3 will be set on the East Coast... Which is, erhm, not very good?
If that last concept will be a playable location, I'd shit my pants. In case of a nuclear war, DC would probably be one of the first cities to be completely demolished.
