I love how all the reviews tell people that the game might be booring if you need to have objectives all day and never plays a game just to have fun etc. and this is what Ive been doing in the THPS games for about 8 years, and finally, there is a game out there which really appeals to real skaters.
ps I just ordered an xbox 360 for this game.

So, never really seen this thread before now, I like it.
My life have actually been all good ever since I graduated from highschool (Norways answer to that) in June. I've found myself a girlfriend, I've almost finished my driving lessons, I've been skating a lot and right now I'm just working with my dad earning some money so that I can travel before I hit the army for 10 months in January.
After the army I'll maybe try to get into a game dev. og graphic design school, if not, I'll try to get a job somewhere
btw. 512 is kinda low if a character is in the mix.

I think you'll have a good time with a break from the industry. And if you don't like where it's heading, you can always go back to game dev (since you probably have a kickass portfolio by now

Ah you just set the tiling in Maya\Max to like 10, 20 or whatever needed to make it look right? Makes perfect sense now.
