Your lighting is a tad bland considering that studios have like a gzillion lights all over the place lighting up carefully defined areas.
There should be more contrast, more usage of different color tones.
The themes in the different areas are rather undefined. Make them more obvious and more colorful, in order to add contrast between the actual warehouse and the scenery.
It was a joke sir.
/me salutes
Looks nice indeed. Hmmm maybe some buildings could use trims and some just some more brushes to make them not look that flat. I'm sure you r_speeds could handle it.
WTF!!!
I couldn't possibly even think of playing with arrow keys and reversing the mouse is like obligatory for me. All my friends play like that. You people scare me!
/me hinds behind corner
Mouse roller: jump (usually unless the game is retarded and won't let you bind keys to it.)
thumb button: reload (same thing)
For example in TS I have my lil finger on control (duck, although I use the same key in all games) and my thumb on the spacebar for doing stunts and stuff) and "ctrl + e" for super jump. In other words I don't need to move my fingers very much.
Quote from SteelwindI personally don't understand why so many people complain about WW2 or more specifically US vs Germany is overdone. It's no more overdone than modern conflict, counter-strike clones, or sci-fi shooters. There's always going to be a market for WW2 games, and every game has something a little different to offer. Take some time to read the About and FAQ sections to see how far we're trying to take our realism and historical details, if you haven't already.
Because it's the only side of the story that's being done in full scale. MOHAA, DOD, DOD source, BiA, etc. You'll be competing directly against the two latter. As for CS, all its clones die out.
It's good to hear that you'll widen the perspective of WW2 though.

Quote from CrazyMACthe USA did very little in WW2
hmm lets think what was that other team called that did alot of work....hmmm....hmmm OW YES!!! the ALLIES!!~!
Agreed. I'm sure you have a lot of talent on your team but your idea is just 100% unoriginal. I'm sick of seing WW2 as a US vs. Germany war. This is overkill.
There is so much more behind it all.
I want to see something European for a change!! Just anything!!
It depends a lot on what you are doing and how much energy you use per day.
That skin is like sextastic. There is something quite not right with the ear though. Otherwise it's nothing short of perfect!
Hmmm... I'm actually rather interested. Got any more details, info, etc?
PLZ... Go for Canon.
The new pics feel kind of empty compared to the previous shots. They look very good but plain. However it looks like a map in which the pictures don't do justice. I'm sure it feels awesome in game.
So the r_speeds should be below...uhmm... 3500 in multiplayer?
According to zaphod it you still check r_speeds and model poly counts. The r_speeds are not as important as before though since models play a greater part as ya know.
Yah facial expressions need improvement. Otherwise it looks very promising.
The building looks rather complicated even for HL2 standards. What are the r_speeds on it? HL2 r_speeds max is around 4000 I think, but to be sure ask zaphod.
Yay.
BST pic thread EVR!!!!
That guy is just funny ![]()
mmmmm... I saw the bridge when I was cruising with zee battleship. It was one long mofo.
