Ah sorry, I didn't realise it was just part of her outfit.

Looks really cool, love the way it's lit.

Bionic Commando Rearmed and Megaman 9 are for the 360 (and PS3). I think there are some platformers in XBLCG but unfortunately that seems to be populated 99% by people unloading My First Game (which is fine until you charge 800 space dollars for it), so get the trail first.
I’ve heard Sonic the Hedgehog Unleashed is pretty good, as it merges the extremes of what people think Sonic was like (just hold right and do loop the loops) and what Sonic was actually like (stopping for slow-paced platforming sections) using the weird werewolf shtick. I, personally, haven’t played it though...
There’s also Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero? and Ultimate Ghosts ‘n Goblins for the PSP, if you’ve got one of those.

Well, of course they’re going to support it, Valve are famous for it... maybe that’s not the right word. With only half the maps playable in versus, exploits around most encounters and the other obvious but less serious bugs it feels unfinished (it is). New weapons would be a great addition because with only two tiers most parties won’t go off the beaten path, but like new campaigns it's obviously something that can come much later as support.
Edit: I'm not doing that TF2 achievements argument again so I removed all that.

I got this for my brother on Christmas

and enjoyed it so much I got a copy for myself too so I can play with him. I want the PC version for custom content when it comes (and if I get the time, I'd love to make my own), but for now I prefer it without people running around spamming vocalise binds and skipping all the encounters.
It really needs some support though, such as rigging up the rest of the maps for versus, maybe a new tier of weapons and periodic new campaigns. Ah, and the bugs...

beat both games anyway ! and they will proof you wrong.
Well, all games with masses of branching attack chains kind of expect you to play them in a mashy fashion, playing them "properly" means you learn one decent damage sequence to spam (and sometimes a block breaking sequence), whereas pressing random buttons not giving a damn makes you bounce around the screen like a fiend killing everyone with amazing animation budgets. But the games still look really nice even today, few levels are just hitting things anyway, and Kratos is cool. I am in no way discrediting its awesomeness.

Am I supposed to beat yours in 5 turns?

It's alright, needs more testicle gags though.

I did write up a page or so, but I’m not going to post all that. It has potential, but currently it’s very rough and the sketches need work. While the presenters didn’t really bounce off each other too well, that will come with time and I would much prefer that to just Yahtzee for a TV scenario. One of his strong points is he’s very opinionated, but when you say things like "fighting games aren’t a real genre" you really need someone else there to say "I disagree" and have some kind of discussion on that point.

Sorry, I meant to argue something about shooters being in much larger quantities because that type of game is more successful, but came across as a sarcastic arse by being one.

-
Those rare shooter games just get buried under all these platformers and sandboxes.
-
Gears of War 2 is pretty much the epitome of everything gamers in North America want and the sequel to an already very successful product. I can't see anyone expecting a platformer on a smaller install base to be beating it in sales.

If the MGS4 addons are priced anything like the Street Fighter ones, I'm not interested.

If the gameplay isn't as generic as it looks in the trailer then they need to show that. The editing was impressive, but as soon as the action started there was an audible sigh at the wasted opportunity. The environments also don't resemble what you'd associate with Neo Tokyo (Akira, GITS, etc, obvious inspirations).

you ... much like Douglas seem to replace all the "T"´s with well nothing when you speak.
Well, he can't help it.
I'd be nice if they edited this together as d3ad seemed to be under a bit of "SPEAK NOW" pressure, but that said it was a pretty nice interview and they asked nice questions that allowed you to talk about your mod rather than some kind of interrogation.

I don't know how they're going to explain a bombed out town, but it's looking ace. I'm so pumped for this.
-
Well, at the very least it's a better graphical upgrade than Ninja Gaiden got.

-
It's a very slick trailer, especially the camera shots at the beginning.

I did the same, and to be honest I still spend far too much time on forums. IRC is a giant waste of time and while there are good moments it’s 49% tedious dullness and 50% nothing at all. If you’re playing games like Diablo or WoW you seriously need to bop those on the head, accumulatively I’ve probably lost half a year to those goddamn games. While I always dabble in the new releases and blitz them over the weekend, I’d be a poor game designer if I didn’t. However, the only games I replay these days are shmups and fighters, because they require no dedication at all (and they’re arcade genres so you can meet, y’know, real people!). I can do idle work with music on but anything that requires me to think absolutely needs silence, at work I sometimes but my head phones on without any music on just for the noise cancellation.
What feeds procrastination is routine, you’re browsing internet forums because it’s what you usually do, you’re not reading your college material because it’s something new and alien – not necessarily because you enjoy one and don’t enjoy the other. Get out of the routine and you’ve solved your problem, eating healthy* is good because you can experiment with your food, going out to random events is going to be good too. And you’ll find your days are longer and you’re enjoying yourself more as a direct result.
* I can't really point a finger here though, as it's been noticed what I eat for breakfast (which comes in a paper bag and I drop on my sketch book) has managed to go through a layer of card with greese.
