LOL, not that it will be realeased in april though..
My dl is slow as hell. ![]()
Hmmm deathmatch with household items, yeah it's fun but only for so long.
This is not related to the mod itself, it's basically Quake DM with prettier graphics and gimmick weaponry. Which is better then QuakeDM which is a good thing.
However much like all fast DM oriented games they are fun in the beginning but I get bored after about an hour. Perfect when you have 20 minutes you can kill though.
Thanks EjrulF, I found it.
You had to Smart-Edit it in, havent tested it yet but will do as soon as I'm ready with the new car model.
Lol, when Bloodlines comes out:
"MAWIBSE WHAT ARE YOU SOME KIND OF SICK COMPUTER GAME MASTURBATING PERVERT"

*News bulletin just came in: Zaphod has requested transfer from the BLoodlines project to a project that wont have such an apeal to "perverted slobs of nerdish male humans"*
Nah it's not fullbright. The light however comes from behind you so you cant see any shadows in that pic. Also the lighting isnt tweaked so it's a bit off.
Adding invisible brushes to block light where the fence is don't work very well.
The poles in the fence are to small to give off any shadows and if I block the entire fence they leave to much shadow.
I havent found any compile setting to cast "faint" shadows. I think it was in some hacked version but I havent found it. ![]()

Why do the bad guys always get the beut... big boobs?
Quote from DDYou started it!
Lol...yeah, but I didn't think that this mod idea would be so offensive.
Quote from DDSeriously good luck with your mod
Thanks.
Quote from DDeven though your views on some of the best games anger me.
?? Well, I think I’m hardly alone when I think that sequels are not the most original things a game developer can do?
But let’s not get into a semantics fight again; I think my views on games are very similar to yours though our understanding of what makes them fun is slightly different.
Quote from DDTry to consider the fact that most sims and "most realistic mod ever" mods almosts always suck.
Yep, which for us is an incentive to make one that don't. Not that I’d actually call this mod “ most realistic ever” or a sim. We are after the "realism feeling”, not actual realism.
Quote from DDFind out what sucks about them, and fix it!
They have bad timing. Usually you have to wait too long until you get into the action. And when you do get into action the feeling is just not right.
Boring in other words.
Dice did the Valve thing and teams up with the DC team

Guess I'll only responds to those who has something constructive to say from now on.
Kinda boring if you ask me, but then again when The_Postman post one word insults its like you say, rediculus.
From movies... Yes I see it now, these Dessert Eagle ridden teamplay mods exists by the dossens so lets make the Pr0n mod.
Have youre way with youre oponent with accessories from the P. North Dildo up to the "anal intruder 3000". Or just clubber youre enemy with what you got.
Lubricants, Viagra and tissues as powerups!
Hmm the "see youre body" takes an whole new meanings.... And fatigue would still apply, and so does the "sway" aiming... darn!
.... uhm, yeah...
Quote from DDMaking sequels of creative games counts as being creative. see Mario series, Zelda, Metal Gear, Resident Evil, ..., etc. You lose.
*lifts eyebrow*
You see, I know this is difficult but do try to concentrate, otherwise this might take a long time, hmm?
Creative and “creative idea” is significantly different. Creative in front of another word like “a creative painting” does signify originality, the painting would be considered expressive and original. So the correct interpretation of “creative idea” would be a new and original idea.
So no matter how much you bla bla bla bla, and it’s a heck of allot *yawn*, about the first instalments in a game series, unless the sequels are fundamentally different they are not considered “creative ideas”. Creative yes, but having a “creative idea” no.
Quote from DDpublishers just aren't willing to risk new ideas most of the time.
Really? One would think that publishers know that 95% of all “creative ideas” not translate into fun and therefore is crap and will sell as good as DD’s dictionary. ![]()
Quote from DDThats not to say well thought out game design and features are not appreciated on existing genres.
…..you and The_Postman could have fooled me…
Quote from DDSo yes, all these games you mention do know better and are not ignorant such as yourself. They are all VERY CREATIVE games.
… the games know better? And I’m ignorant?
You do know that ignorant means showing lack of education or knowledge right?
And pretending we talked about creative and not “creative ideas” was a nice move, better luck next time.
Now, run along and play baseball with The_Postman, he seems to have started without you. *pats DD on the head*

Yeah yeah, call it "enhanced physics on character models" all you want, I still call it Bouncity Boobege. ![]()
Cloth... Cloth? ... I'm not even gonna ask, darn Valve for having me wait until 2005 for it!
Youre awfly persistent.
I think most got the idea of what youre trying to say by now, k?
But since you dont seem to understand what I'm saying:
I heard you the first time but youre opinion is not ours, deal with it.
Now, contribute or spread youre patronizing bitterness somewhere else.
