oh and i thought it was pretty boring btw. the best part was the effect with the water in the end. but this whole alien thing and crystal skull shit bored the hell out of me. and mac was a useless character who had no purpose to the storyline.

I remember there was a time period when I was working at Ubisoft, I had just moved to a new project and they placed my desk next to the windows. Sounds nice at first, but unfortunately the windows were right next to these massive powerlines outside. And I had CRT monitor which resultingly started to flicker like a motherfucker at an extremely unpleasant speed. I had to work like that for about 2 weeks until they gave me a flat screen monitor which fixed the problem. It sucked. As far as overtime goes, I've never had much of a problem with it. I did *some* overtime on rainbow six vegas, worked a few weekends here and there, but that was it. I think i've been lucky so far.

Your portfolio is alright but you SERIOUSLY need to change your resume. It's awful.
1) there are spelling errors all over the place, it looks like you were drunk when you typed it.
2) the formatting is off in some areas and not very aesthetic in general
3) don't put NEGATIVE things about you on your resume. I quote "Educated and working as a carpenter in the construction industry gave me great strucctural understanding on how things are made as well as a good map (blueprints) reader. Also a downside as I was learnt to make things perfect while in games things have to look imperfect to feel real." Remove this. You can leave the other part but if you leave the stuff with 'its a downside' this means that you cannot adapt to the needs of a real time game development studio and would be reason enough by itself not to hire you.
I would also leave out the fact that you were a "carpenter for your dad"... just put the job title, company name, duration of employment and a short job description. Nothing else.
Next,
"Characteristics: Honest, loyal and maybe a bit insecure." Again, leave it out. The resume is about selling yourself, its purpose is to support your portfolio and make you more appealing to a company and give them reason to hire you. It's nice that you are trying to be honest but really...the stuff you wrote isn't necessary. And you're really not helping yourself by putting it on your resume. If you're applying to companies in North America leave out all the personal stuff like hobbies, date of birth, marital status and so on... Make it about your profession, your skills, your experience, your education, your achievements, your objectives. Putting your whole family history on a resume is not that common in the US/Canada and can be frowned upon. I know that in Germany you're supposed to put the occupation of your parents.... stuff like that is unthinkable if you are applying in the US or Canada.
So fix those issues, and get somebody from an english speaking country to cross-read your resume and website for spelling errors and then you stand a chance.
