Fabi: Praktikant, yep. :]
I guess it's like you get to go and see the inner workings of a games company... maybe you get to help out working on some stuff too... or they'll make you get their coffee and massage their feet while they're mapping away.
WHO KNOWS.
GET THE HELL OUT OF MY THREAD YOU NERDS.
stop hi-jacking my threads with your god damn nexus bashing, idiots.
Looking great there, Kami. I don't think the buildings look off. If you look at the reference it looks spot on.
It depends. If you wanna move overseas, degrees are pretty much a necessity for immigration. Most game companies however don't hire people based on what degree they have but on the quality of their work and their experience... hope this helps
Quote from Bic-B@llwhats with every game developer wanting you to move to plano or germany or california? what ever happened to contract work over the interweb?
games are becoming more complex to make, hence you need to have staff on-site so you can communicate on a constant and face-to-face basis.
i hear curman sux at mapping. is that true?
Never use render clouds either.
Thanks.
how's that a spoiler
so is this some sort of filter you put on it with animation shop or how did you make that?
nice i like it. I'd probably make the woodplanks for the bridge more orangy so they stand out against the other yellow stuff a bit more...
and have those green dead things hang further down maybe. how many polys is that ?
you got married at 18? um ok
so what have you made, duffy
