    If you've got a skateboard, grab it by one of the trucks and swing it so the other truck hits the guy in the face, preferably the mouth or nose. That will seriosuly fuck his shit up. Plus it will give you a couple of seconds to get a second blow in while he's dealing with the missing teeth or broken nose. I'd suggest one of his kneecaps to prevent him from running or walking very effectively. Again, try to make contact with one of the skateboard trucks. They're harder and will do more damange and can take more abuse.

    Now that his face is bloody, and he's hobbled on one leg, it's time to consider your next move. A lot will depend on your friends and his friends. If you feel like you don't have the numbers, consider fleeing on your skateboards. Remember that manueverability is the key against a car. Go for tight areas, quick turns, and areas cars can't drive on. If you feel like you do have the numbers, it's important to make an example of their leader. While his face is bleeding and he's clutching his knee, you might want to consider kicking him in the stomach or kneeing him. This way it signals that you're willing to use your muscles, not just your skateboard. It's important from a psychological position that they understand that you and your friends can fuck them up really badly. This prevents his boys from trying to act like heroes. In a confident tone, suggest they pick up their friend and leave while they still can. Don't try to oversell it.

    If any of them still try to come forward and go after you, consider using the edge of your board to deliever a critical strike to their leader's groin. Some people would consider this a low thing to do, but he totally jumped your shit. It's fair game. By now, their leader should have taken enough abuse to stop going. He's going to be spitting and pissing blood for a few days. Now this may not disprove his original hypothesis that you messed with his brother, but it will certainly make him rethink his approach. For your own sake, you might want to carry mase (or a mace) with you for a few days in case he tries to retaliate. This also brings up a good point for everyday safety. Mase will fuck somebody's shit up. Always think about carrying some with you when you skateboard or do other activities that might get you jumped. Sure, women use mase, but people will really stop trying once it takes 48 housr for them to see clearly again.

    Or you could just tell the other guy to fuck up. Customs differ culture to culture.

  • Garry's Mod

    It's not so much that I care he's charging money for a mod, it's just that this sets a really stupid precedent. Now every mod that think's they're tough shit is going to start trying to charge. Which means you're going to have more 15 year old mod leaders trying to screw people over for $200 bucks.

  • Your pros and cons?

    Pros:

    -155 IQ, so while I might appear dumb, I'm actually very good at logic puzzles

    -I'm tall, which helps me spot incoming danger quicker than short people

    -I bike, so my calves are rock solid.

    -I'm told I'm above average. Down there. Wink wink.

    -I'm a very good cook.

    Cons:

    -Drinking- it's not an activity, it's a sport

    -I curse a lot. If you don't like it, you can go fudge yourself.

    -I bike, so my shins are perpetually covered in scabs and scrapes

    -Like a fine Scotch, my personality is an acquired taste to many.

  • Forget EA, Wal-Mart is our true enemy

    What did you think happens? The game industry stands on a soapbox and say "No, Mr Big Bad Walmart! You can't deny us the right to make great art." You really think that happens? Pssh. Publishers want money. Walmart gives them money. If Walmart stops giving them money, the publisher loses. The same thing happens in every industry. If a movie comes along that horrifically offends theater owners, they don't show it. If a CD comes out that is going to cause a shit storm, major stores usually don't carry it. Walmart isn't abusing anybody here. They're obviously not swinging this bat around too much or else we wouldn't have shit like 25 to Life or 50 Cent Bulletproof on the shelf (dear god, I would pay Walmart to ban those for the common good).

    If you want to boycott Walmart, feel free to do it for the following reasons:

    1) Abusing hiring practices

    2) Full time workers making poverty wages

    3) Scheduling people at 35 housr so they aren't forced to give them health care

    4) Firing anybody who joins a union

    5) Abandoning stores to build super-centers rather than renovating existing space

    6) Targeting small community businesses to prevent competition

    7) Discrimination against women, gays, and minorities

  • mod thoughts

    I always wanted to use a mod that used the basic premise of Ikaruga. You can switch between white and black with the press of a key. Your white gun hurts black players and heals white players. Your black gun hurts white players and heals black players. Guns would probably need to function like UT shock rifles (half a second to a full second of charge up, then releases the rail shot) so that one or two shots would kill you. Switching colros would result in a 1 second buffer where you can't shoot and a 5 second buffer where you can't change color again. Your health can max out at 200%. Levels would probably be smaller deathmatch arenas to keep the action fast.
