Valve knew that it'd be a pain to 56k users, it was bugous etc... etc... but even though they closed won.

editing - and oh, forgot to say. It was veeery simple to play HL or mods before steam, this is one of the reasons for the success of them imo. It was just install - play online - find a server and voi-la ! This doesnt happen with steam

Ok I know this movie is sorta old and "only nice" (Oh I was expecting more the first time I watched it since I'm a big fan of spawn), but I was checking the soundtrack a while ago and man, it pwns ! all exclusive music for the movie of course. Just to name a few: Metallica, Korn, Prodigy, Marilyn Manson, Moby, Silverchair and Incubus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

So last night ol told me some small tricks about HL modelling (meisuring shit etc) and I decided to take it more serious

So today I modelled/unwrapped this:

still a bit simple, but c'mon this is my first real model totally made on 3ds (I was used to exporting to dxf and then convert to mdl hehe)

this model is gonna pwn when its done frie~ (dont forget to make some wires )

Try to use -gamma around 0.85 on RAD, and then make the lights much brighter. Then u'll have a cool contrast on the lighting
