It looks cool but it will be really hard for them to impress on source engine. I mean, people expect a lot more of what they can put together at the moment, their team shrunk considerably and good looking maps with custom content take A LOT of time on source. But I'm sure they will make it.

Hee that looks like alot of fun man!

And what a beautiful country Brazil is!

    *best pic contribution till now*

hehe thanks. The region I live in is one of the least pretty though. It's like an african savanna, nothing really special (except for the biggest swampy area in the world, called "pantanal" which is like 400 kms from my town).

The one stepp posted was made by a 20 year old dude, he's no expert at anything. The one I posted was made by experient physicists who certainly know A LOT more than you.

you do know that brazil probably didn't have the same on-the-scene reporting that we have here in the US ya know, where the attacks happen? Everything you talk about in this thread smacks of an outsider's ignorance to the situation.

Everything I fucking talked about in this fucking thread is what I noticed by myself. You have the exact outsider's ignorance as me. Or were you at the WTC or at the pentagon in 9/11 ?

And this brazilian channel had on-the-scene-reporters, their NY offices were just a few blocks from the twin towers.

@ Bic: Man, metal simply does not disappear/evaporate. I agree that nothing much would have been left. I mean, there wouldn't be large pieces of fuselage and stuff but there should still be a lot of debris and burned stuff, and not just a big hole in the ground. And if the explosion was THAT big the trees would have been burned too.

In regards to the pentagon pilot: Why are you making things up ? Quote the entire shit man, and not just the last line.

    Quote

They reported him not because they feared he was a terrorist, but because his English and flying skills were so bad, they told the Associated Press, they didn't think he should keep his pilot's license."I couldn't believe he had a commercial license of any kind with the skills that he had," said Peggy Chevrette, the manager for the now-defunct JetTech flight school in Phoenix.

    Quote

"He didn't do his homework, didn't attend on time and he would sort of come and go," said Duncan Hastie of Cockpit Resource Management.

    Quote

Chevrette said Hanjour's English was so poor that it took him five hours to complete a section of a mock pilot's oral exam that is supposed to last just a couple of hours.Chevrette said she contacted Anthony again when Hanjour began ground training for Boeing 737 jetliners and it became clear he didn't have the skills for the commercial pilot's license.

"I don't truly believe he should have had it and I questioned that," she said.

You guys know that there are phone calls made to the plane while they are attacking the terrorist pilots right? That there are recordings of the terrorists themselves saying there is a bomb on the plane, from within the cockpit? That the plane didnt completely disintegrate and that nobody saw a missile?

Funny enough, the chances of a cell phone to work in such altitudes were minimum at that time (not to say impossible). And if you saw the video stepp posted, one of the alleged passengers phoned his mum and left a message. He starts with something like "Hy mum, this is john smith" (who phones his own mum and say his full name ?) Anyways, it's very suspicious at least.

Just to add to the whole conspiracy theory:

I remember some strange things the brazilian reporters said live:

"Apparently a truck bomb has just exploded in the pentagon"

And then, 3 or 4 hours after the WTC collapsed they invited an engineer who was on the WTC area and he said it was nearly impossible for the towers to collapse with only the planes crash and the subsequent fire.

The links you posted just prooved that planes don't desintegrate in crashes.
