Actually I just made a little floor in sci fi theme..
If u wanna u can use it... it's dirtier than ur theme tho.
Dunno if the gamma and colours r fked since I'm not friends with my tft settings yet
(and I was too lazy to start the crt for this).[Blocked Image: http://philipk.net/other/sci_floor.jpg]
(pic from polybump)
It's got diffuse, normal and spec (even tho the spec isn't the best ever made...)

Last pix looking a lot better.
My advise would be to dirty the texes up a few notches tho.
I know the originals were clean (too clean) but it will look a lot better if you add "smart dirt"

Anyway good job

This is a great idea btw.
It will probably be damn helpful for a lot of people.
Good initiative!

A new user.
Welcome to .core!

really cool stuff. I like what you've done to the edges of the circular thing there. And the round ceiling lights looks very cool.
-
yes definitely an improvement.
I'd try to still paint over some stuff on the edges making them both not so straight and a bit smoother.

omai! luking awesome insta~~ !

well better to see good stuff in present gen than bad stuff in next gen

I think i undestand the idea you want there. It's nice so far. But I think it suffers from the same "disease" as a lot of other textures with seams like that. It's like the seams and plates are not the same texture. IMO they need to "interact" with each other more. The seams are dirt, then some dirt should get up on the edges of the tiles etc. Don't know if that was unclear enough

-
where is killer instinct? =)
-
bought it today. havent got a chance to test yet but will tomorrow

I think the seams are too thick. Even if you want a style which is thick it's more like stones placed in concrete right now. I think you need to work some on the actual seams more as well add some color and dirt and try to somehow connect it more to the tiles.
