make a mod so that you will enjoy playing it, that way if it sucks you can always feel like it wasnt a waste of time. PLUS if you like it chances are there are other people like you and they will get in on the gang bang of your mod

btw x-tender, desktops like that are super cool for the first 10 minutes. then you start downloading shit and realize how retarded it is and how having 4 icons to do things with is very counter-productive. also those windowblinds/object desktop-esq desktops always use valuable system resources. for me functionallity is the key ~

being an ex-professional cs player i can honestly say both work.

i used wasd at first and then wanted to spice it up so i changed to arrow keys.....i sucked for a while but then i got it back and it was ok...went back to wasd though...more keys in the general area to bind for stuff

ive always wanted to spend a week with like no technology. just get a shit load of good books and go and live up on some hill with an analog wrist watch. (of course things like the sewage system and heat/cooling shit will be digitally engaged, but thats besides the point....im talking interactive digital technology)

i was able to stay up 2 days straight without any type of drug.....but that was literally the worst 2 days of my life and i slept for about 20 hours....now that i think about it im pretty sure its sleep deprivation that made me a retard
