The Valve guys should have developed the game on their own instead of making other companies develop it, figuring that it didn't turn out to be what they expected it to be and passing it to another one. Maybe everybody is just tired of CS, knows that CZ won't stand a chance against games which are already in stores and isn't motivated enough to finish a proper final product. "Proper product" as in the limited possibilities the developers have with the old engine.

If the leaked stuff actually is everything Valve has, then Gabe Newell, Doug Lombardi or anyone else from Valve will rather jump as a fireball through the windows of his office than admitting that the previous release dates were absolutely absurd and that the date would have been pushed way back (even without the hack) anyway. The only reasonable explication for spreading unrealistic release dates would be hyping the game, but concerning lots of content shown at the E3 (all the videos) which cannot be found in the leak makes this theory appear quite improbably in my eyes.

I got a Nokia 3300 which is a little old by now but it still does a good service. I like Nokia cell phones in general. You can do more stuff with Siemens cell phones but they tend to crash regularly.
