I've got Steam keys to share:

Star Wars™ Knights of the Old Republic™

    Star Wars™: Dark Forces

    Natural Selection 2

    I'd take NS2 if that's still available!?

Sadly, not alot of networking session happening around in the local or even national community here for any Clique interaction.

Maybe that in itself is an information that you could use in your pitch. Instead of focusing too much on whether the press kit should contain 10 or 12 screenshots or how many times you want to send out press releases, you should think about why the journalist should write about your game. Maybe game development in India and the team behind the game is a good hook? Maybe it's something else. Here's a summary of a presentation Mike Rose gave at GDC, which should provide to be helpful to you as well: http://www.gamasutra.com/view/news/1983…ess_in_2013.php

Looks silly which is right up my alley But can you hit anything with that spell mechanic when other players are NOT standing still?

I had one more question does the portfolio feel like it is filled with unnecessary projects and too much detail?

Definitely. I feel like it's a little cluttered and I'm overwhelmed by the amount of projects. Removing old and/or small projects and/or categorizing by your role would help. I see you've got projects listed on your resume that lasted one or five days. I know you're trying to list as much experience as possible, but it might be hurting you in the end.

I do have my doubts about the feasibility of the project but we will see (or not). Games are often the most promising when not released.

I grew up in a town smaller than 50K. I really enjoy being away from noise, having a garden, birds singing and telling me it's 5am after a night of coding :3

I can really see myself living in a big city like London, especially while younger -- especially when single, there's so much in terms of entertainment.

I am concerned about noise levels... I used to sleep anywhere, but I noticed I'm becoming fussy so dunno if i could sleep in an area where there's noise 24/7.

I'm also sensitive about noise levels at night, but living in a big city like London doesn't mean that every street is like Picadilly Circus

I grew up in a town with ~18.000 citizens but a city with 325.000 is just 20 minutes away by car. Plus there are small villages and towns scattered throughout the area in between, so it never felt like being "isolated". If you are European and not from a village with less than 500 souls, I won't take you seriously

I like where you're going with this scene and I like your portfolio. A few comments regarding it:

    • Downloading of screenshots seems to be broken.
    • If there is a provider that allows you to embed high-res videos, and not too much work to implement, I'd go with that (instead of vimeo).
    • Bigger versions of the screenshots would be nice to see.
    • Individual renders of your best art assets would be interesting.

    Keep up the good work!

Yeps sorry, got carried away… but there's people catching up on Breaking Bad or 24 so I'm not that late to the party I'm surprised there's not more talk about it/still has to catch up.

Admittedly it is a good show *pets the blackdog*

I've never said 'thanks' for the key, Mino, so here goes: Dankeschön!! I've played 30+ matches, even bought a hero and haven't played LoL since. To be fair, even though both are MOBAs, they play very different. HOTS is a good example of Blizzard innovating an existing game formula by removing everything tedious and too complicated and giving it a slightly different spin. Arguing over who takes what hero is eleminated by choosing before game matching. Walking long distances isn't fun, that's why they added mounts. Skill trees are more accessible and straightforward than item shops. I like the mercenary camps, but I'm not decided on the map-specific gimmicks yet. Often I feel like there is too much going on at a time, but man, prototyping these map ideas must have been fun The game feels pretty polished already for an "Alpha" but I'm sure there's still plenty of work on the balancing to be done.

I even installed the game on my Ultrabook that I took to my parents over Christmas. Sadly that didn't run so well, so I downloaded Hearthstone on my iPad and I'm back to that for the time being. Looking forward to what the Closted Beta Phase will bring though!

Cool, I've just been there in October. Let me know if you need somebody to tell you that the level's alleys are still too wide and there are not enough stairs and donkeys to match the real Santorini experience.

How about, did you take any high resolution photographs? ;p

I did! But most of them have my ugly mug on display so I'm afraid they won't be of much help
