The cutscenes are horrible in the way that the models just pops up in every scene change, and it looks fucking ridiculous, and unacceptable in my opinion. The game does feel like the original, and in some ways it is better, but ill wait with my final verdict on it until ive played it properly

I havent really been effected by the hype machine, and the stuff Ive played so far have been pretty unimpressive. I just hope it'll get better further in

Thing is that they arent gonna release the HL2 CE until like December 10th here, which I find pretty damn unfunny, so I was wondering if some of you brits could give me a link for a good UK game shop that ships to the rest of Europe n' shit (given that HL2 isnt released on the 10th there too).

Well, we get really good food from our cantina (it costs like $20 a month, which is a joke considering the quality of the food), we get discount on all Eidos games, we used to get this card that would work with most cinemas so that you could goto the cinema for free (just 1 person tho), but they stopped that since one of previous owners sold its shares to Eidos (they're this big danish movie/cinema company thing). Also we have the game and movie libraries, where u can borrow pretty much any new game (theres usually a couple of copies of the latest games). The DVD club u have to pay like $20 a month for, but there is also a whole lot of movies there. Oh yah, free soda and stuff.

Im prolly forgetting something, but its nice to work here

IO worked with EA on Freedom Fighters, and the general meaning towards EA isnt very positive to say that least. Especially since they didnt do shit to advertise Freedom Fighters.

Anyway, havent read that stuff (will do it when I get to work tomorrow), but I assume its about how horrible EA r, which isnt news to me
