Not nearly as frequent as the metal one, but it was used in a bunch of shooters just a few years ago if i remember correctly

Yeah, think the first time I saw it was in the original UT, they used it ingame as well. It's one of those textures you get in the most basic texture sets that loads of companies buy/bought.

Tried to do the "no guns in all levels" achivement but I gave up at some point, couldnt be bothered to play the game over again after getting all the birds and metal signs . The guns are so weak anyway and if you just use you tazer theres never and problem with the gun wielding dudes ~~

Yup, FEAR really bored me most the way through. Condemned really tried to contain its creepiness and although you sometimes saw it coming then it did a great job at freaking you out through most of the game. I also loved the fact that they didnt go all supernatural on you (like way too many games do today, which sucks), and they kept it fairly down to earth, at least if you see some of the games stuff as psychological instead of real.

Anyway yeah, and this is a game you really should be playing with proper gamma settings (no brightness cheating!) and at night with all lights turned off, doubt any other game will come this close to scaring you

Not to break the spirit of this thread, but have you seen the first Mad Max St0lve? Some of the most horrible piece of garbage I've ever spent time on, and I've seen alot of crappy movies :G

Anyway, I agree with the characters part, but thats just because the levels looks so good that they stand out, for example on these ones they look kinda weird :G

But I'm sure it will look better altogether when its ingame with all that facial animation stuff going on. Also Market Garden is definitily one of the most interesting parts of the european campaign, those small dutch gardens with small walls are just so luvlay

Hate to jump the WW2 Hate wagon (Thats even begining to get old ) but I'm really tired of WW2 themed games/shooters, to the point where I'm actually serious about not playing the new COD games or whatever (Which I've done up until now though I've said I wouldnt ).

Anyway, it looks good from those scans, Im sure it will be good stuff~

Got it with my 360, really liked it there, one of the best launch titles for the 360 imo. Does get a tad repetitve later in the game but apart from that its pretty good~
