I actually thought they went down already, like, years ago D:
Still sad tho, the Rogue Squadron games were good~
-
Haha! Bye-bye spies

Well I'm just saying, if was Valve I would focus ONLY on doing new Payload maps

-
Yeah, doesn't that make this the first (official) night time based TF2 map?

-
Finally! A new payload('ish) map!
But why the hell are still doing arena maps? Does anyone play that shit?

Purchased Plants vs. Zombies the other day, terrific game, plus I also got X-Com UFO Defense/Enemy Unknown on Steam. Was thinking of finding my old copy of it, but I figured it would be easy to just shell out the €5 instead of fiddling around with Dosbox on my own

Hah, very cool. Can't be bothered to pay to keep on playing it tho

-
Thats pretty fingerlickin ill, yo!
Too bad you'll probably have to play lots of the sniper to get it

GI scans, although only 5 out of 10 pages so far.

Sounds good so far, not adding co-op to the main campaign seems like a good call.

Currently playing Plants vs Zombies, it's excellent and my pick for Game of the Year! Try the demo on steam, its a one hour trial version, once you buy it (and you will) you just carry on where you left off.
Lots of people at work were raving about it today, so I checked it out. Pretty damn good actually, played it for the 1 hour trial, so I might actually get the full thing~

Well I at least wouldn't be surprised to see MW2 sell fewer copies than COD4. Its probably still gonna be at least around 8-10m, but I doubt it'll sell through more copies than COD4.
But who knows, maybe it has some absolutely amazing unique selling point that we don't even know about that will make everybody by it droves

But besides that then I kinda doubt this theory that now there's gonna be sold even more games because people have more time. I think games with lots of content and games with a strong multiplayer will stand stronger and sell better, but stuff with just a single player campaign will have a much harder time selling. Take stuff like Dead Space and Mirrors Edge last year, as opposed to something like COD:WW and Fallout 3 which sold insanely.

Down the Bonehoard still scares me.
Haha yeah, I hated it when I first played Thief, since I was 14 years old and too scared to play it when it was dark outside. Also the haunted cathedral mission was fucking creepy

Later I've come to like it, but I still prefer the non-undead missions

I am an absolutely COLOSSAL fan of Thief 1 and 2. Thief 3 had its moments but I just never connected quite as well with it as with 1 and especially 2.
Anyway, huge responsibility to take on this franchise in my opinion, I heard some rumors a looong time ago about IO maybe picking it up at one point, which thrilled and scared the living shit outta me at the same time. But this is something that I'd much rather play than make, so good show! Hopefully you Montreal lads can pimp this thing up

Oh and the 4th in the title better be a teaser kinda thing because its totally not working if you'd want people new to the series to understand it

My only question regarding this game is if it can top the 12 million copies the first MW game sold. We all know it will rock and we all know 5 million copies sold would be a disappointment. Kinda like AC2, and undoubtedly this year's two most anticipated/media darling titles.
It's definitely gonna be interesting to see how this pans out in terms of sales. In these economically troubled times one would think that getting up on the kind of numbers COD4 moved would be a good deal harder, but then again the COD series has turned into one of the most popular franchises i modern gaming history, so who knows.
